Marlo, PBG Mall is the man! I called ahead and talked to him. He had everything waiting for me when I got there to try on. I was probably in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Fast and could not have been easier.

Nordstrom is in a league all their own. Customer service is always five stars. Never an issue if you need to return and beautiful selection! They are all about the customer . Highly recommend.

Of all the places at the Gardens mall, I find myself gravitating to Nordstroms often. Yes, I buy a lot from the store and opt for more quality than quantity. Frequent the bistro too because of their delicious meals and is often where I take my daughter for lunch with just the 2 of us. My daughter took shoe tying lessons there when she was 3. My daughters' first junior high prom dress was bought from this store. And, in the blink of an eye I recently had my daughter's dress altered for her upcoming prom. It is silly but true that this store has made life just a little bit easier for those milestone moments.

This is my go to spot for a rare solo lunch and they NEVER disappoint me at the Cafe! I had my favorite arugula pizza, beautiful crisp glass of wine , dessert and coffe! Pure perfection and this is always the case at the Cafe in Nordstrom. Also a great place to dine with kids, awesome menu, my baby loves the food and the prices are great!

Great clean store with friendly helpful staff.

The sales girl was so very helpful and attentive in finding the perfect pair of shoes for my 82 yr. Old mother. Thanks again to all the staff that go the extra mile to help her especially in cosmetics.

Amazing store, great customer service. Reasonable prices

This Nordstrom is a high end, pricey store versus the Wellington Mall Nordstrom with the friendliest staff. Love shopping here. It's a candy store of fashion forward trendy clothes and shoes. And taking a break at the 2nd floor bistro is well worth the trip to The Gardens Mall. On the lower level is their coffee store.

Jane Alzein in Evening Wear Dresses went above and beyond when I was looking for a dress for a black tie wedding. I was under a time crunch, so I ordered a dozen dresses to be shipped to the store. She kept me informed as they came in, even giving me her cell phone, so we could communicate. She had them all ready, hanging in a large dressing room the day I was coming in to try on, and she couldn't have been more helpful. Jane has Customer Service skills the way it used to be, but have fallen by the wayside at most stores. I appreciated her honesty as to which dresses looked best. I can't thank Jane enough for making a stressful situation as smooth as silk, pun intended! It was actually a very enjoyable experience!!

Consistent customer service, always there to help. Can always find the brands you want. Quality items. Alterations on site is always a plus.

Stella in alterations was fabulous. I broke my dress zipper and stressfully went to Nordstrom to see if they could fix it for me even though I did not purchase the dress there. Stella fixed my dress within 10 minutes free of charge. She’s the absolute best and made my day so much better

Only quality products here. And watch them 100 times and they don't shrink. Plus you get great deals on shoes

We made an appointment for my daughter to get a makeover at the MAC counter and it went amazing. Tresa was amazing with her and took well over an hour listening to her and showing her how to do things.

The staff at the E Bar are the best. Jazmine is the absolutely amazing and always makes my order with care. They have amazing drinks and food as well. 15/10 recommendation!

I was there recently for the annual sale (on the final weekend and during tax free), they had plenty of staff, the store was well organized, the staff was friendly and helpful - and this was during a super busy time. Shopping there was a pleasure.

Shopping for wedding attire we looked here because you have to try on these type clothes. I was thankful for the wide selection of men's and women's upscale clothing. We found a perfect dress for the reception, and a great pair of look at me sunglasses.
