Wonderful place to see a doctor, but definitely depends on the resident.

I started out by seeing Dr. Darkins. She seemed okay at first, but I quickly found she was condescending and cold. After another visit where she was late (30 minutes past appt time) and seemingly had her own agenda, I figured I would see someone else next time.

I heard rave reviews from other patients in the waiting room while about Dr. Jana, so I decided I would see him. What a breath of fresh air. He was punctual, kind, caring, and understanding. He truly listened to my concerns, and explained my medical issues in a way that I could perfectly understand. He even drew me pictures to explain my gallbladder issues! No doubt I will continue seeing him wherever he goes. I absolutely trust him with my medical care.

The quality of care depends on the resident here, but I am happy with my choice.

The front desk girl (Alasja) is so sweet and listened to exactly what I was requesting. Explained everything clearly. Great customer service in a health care place! . Thank you for all your help Alasja!

We are new to the area and this was my first visit. Everyone at the desk was friendly and helpful. I did have to wait a long time in the room but the Dr. also took her time with me and didn't rush. I would definitely recommend this office. I had problems getting on My Chart when I got home and called them twice and they answered right away and took care of the problem.

I've been going here since 2015 and I love it. My son goes here for appointments and I have had 2 girls with them, one as recent as this month. I love the people working front desk and the doctors are amazing to me and my children.

I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Stephens was kind and did a thorough exam. She recommended a pap smear and was able to do it the same day, which was amazing. Her nurse was very sweet and friendly. The phlebotomist did a great job drawing my blood quickly and painlessly. Overall great experience.

I had my first visit to Bethesda Family Practice with Dr Lopez and could not be more pleased with the friendliness of the staff, efficiency and timeliness of the office, and caring and personal nature of Dr Lopez. Dr Lopez is thorough, understanding, and knowledgeable -- which gives me peace of mind. I'm so happy to have found a practice and a Dr with whom I may place my trust, and am looking forward to my next visit. Truly a top notch facility!

Love Dr. Alford, Dr. Webb and Dr. Okragley! They are very involved in my treatments, they willing to find answers on my conditions. But i do have to say front end sraff is horrible. Very rude and non concerned about my concerns. Call the office to get an appointment and takes 4 ever for them to answer the phone, and when they do rhey are rude and can never get me in, that I have to at times go to Urgent care. And furthermore rarely do I get a call back unless I play the part of being rude and demanding someone return my call. If I didn't like these 3 doctors so much I wouldn't be going there i would be looking to relocate to a different practice for sure. The front end needs MAJOR improvement nd should be more pleasant to clients.

I have been going to Bethesda Family Practice for almost 30 years. I have watched Doctors come, grow & go. I have never had a bad experience there this is why I have been going for 30 years. :)

Outstanding service and the nurses and doctors are attentive, professional, and truly care for their patients or clients.

I love my daughters PCP. All of the staff are friendly and professional.
