We rarely, if ever, have called on our insurance coverage for home or auto. But when we had unexpected event with our home, Ashtyn and his team were there for us, far exceeding our expectations. They responded quickly, and have supported us along this journey to get our home restored.

I had a roof problem after the recent tornado event in my area. I submitted my appraisal for repaires and received payment within days, not weeks. Excellent customer service. I now have a beautiful, intact roof. They returned my calls and responded to my inquires much quicker than I expected due to the massive damages suffered by so many homes in my area. Their prices for insurance can not be beat. I have checked out prices in the past. So I know they are unbeatable.

The staff here are friendly and polite. Took care of my business swiftly and hassle free. There drive-up service is the same.

Ashtyn came out to my farm and was extremely helpful when writing my policies. I recently had a sweet baby girl and Kelly was super helpful with getting her added to my health insurance policy! I highly recommend Ashtyn Hudson and his team at Farm Bureau for any of your insurance needs. My family and I have had our autos, home, and life covered with them for years. Ashtyn made sure I understood my coverages during my recent home and auto policy review. I've gone through a few companies before and have never had an agent call me personally to go over my policies with me line by line. He's got a friendly staff, and you can tell customer service is a priority in his office!

I have been with Ashtyn for 3 years and it's very obvious they care about customer service- I couldn't ask for better service or find it anywhere else. The rate I was given was the first time I recieved a rate I could afford and have all my needs met.
My first situation needing their assistance was during the flood of 2016. Ashtyn was at my house immediately to see what I needed. I was so surprised to get that kind of attention so quickly.
Another situation i needed them was with a toilet issue that caused damage. The adjusters are local, my adjuster was Kaleb and he was exceptional. He took care of everything. I would refer anyone I know to Ashtyn and Kentucky Farm Bureau .

I have been with Ashtyn and KY Farm Bureau since 2012. Ashtyn saved me ALOT of money on my car and home insurance. I was so pleased that I also have all my other insurance needs with them. (Life and Health insurance). The office staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help you when you call or stop by. I had roof damage from a wind storm and they quickly assessed the damage and repaired the roof. Ashtyn went out of his way once when my wifes car was hit by another person not insured by KFB. the other company was taking their time and he helped get them to make our situation a priority. Not only was he able to save us a ton of money on our annual insurance premium (WHICH LOWERED OUR MORTGAGE PAYMENT SIGNIFICANTLY) , but through our house fire, Phillip along with the other staff at KYFB have been right there and more helpful than we could have ever asked for! There has never been one time that we have tried to contact them and didn't get an answer when we have questions. (Because trust me, all of this stuff has been very confusing, but they have made it so much easier) They also have CALLED US several times just to check on us and see if there is anything they can do to help! Give them a chance and they will do their absolute best to help you and your family be covered. We just switched to KYFB last year and have never been happier with our insurance! :)

Phillip Greene is our agent for this agency for both our personal accounts and also for the Hopkinsville Church of Christ where I preach. He is an outstanding agent who truly cares for his clients. He and the agency work expeditiously to provide for the needs of their clients. I know from personal experience and also from others who they insure. One client in particular was a young family whose house literally was burning when Phillip came to see to what he could do for the family. He went to back to the agency and brought a check to the family to provide for their immediate needs and items to get them through the beginning stages of their claim.
