I'm a bit overdue for this review as they painted our house in March but here goes...they gave us a reasonable price to paint our entire house the regular way and then our front door (only) via electrostatic. Some of the reviews on here are not so good so I was hesitant to hire them but they were recommended by my husband's friend so I decided to contact them about the negative reviews to see how they responded. They were able to assure me in a very professional & thorough response that they would make sure everything was done up to par and I can now say that they exceeded those expectations. The electrostatic door took a bit more time and detail but it looks amazing and we're so grateful for the job done by everyone involved. The painters were always very nice and cleaned up after themselves, there was no mess left behind, no paint spots on the pavers, the project manager did walk-through's as well. Because of the electrostatic door this was about a 5 day job but otherwise, the house (2 floors) was done in about 3 days by the time they did all the details and final walk through. I would recommend this company 100% and if you do hire them and feel unsure about something, contact them respectfully and address the issue or ask your questions. Doing so gave me peace of mind and I have no doubt that they will address anything promptly within the realm of the scope of what they do to ensure customer satisfaction.

Painters were aware there was an elderly woman in the home, they closed my room door and had front door open to let fumes out. Employees put drop clothes, construction paper and plastic to prevent paint drops of paint on the floor and carpets. Very attentive to my wants. If you are looking for an interior repaint, exterior repaint or new interior/exterior construction HOA, pressure cleaning needs, give Painting Concepts a call.

I have never seen a crew work as hard as theses guys did! When calling the office I received nothing but professionalism! Wow! I never comment on Google but this company deserves a great review

In today’s world, appearance is everything. It’s not a good look for the company if your company vehicle is blocking traffic cause you thinks it’s a good idea to go 70 in the fast lane on the highway. Just that action speaks volumes. So I will never do business with this company and I recommend no one else does as well.

This company took forever to do the job and then didn’t follow the very clear, written instructions I provided on the painting job. They did what they felt like doing and not what I asked them to do. The main person whom I dealt with was never there and did not communicate what I wanted done to the actual workers. They sent me bills saying stages of the job were complete, only for me find that it was not complete. They left plastic and blue painters tape everywhere for me to remove, and paint was plastered in windows, marble window sills and floors. The job is still not done 6 months later! To top it all off, the workers stole all my Sonos Bluetooth speakers, a large JBL Bluetooth speaker and my AirPods, as well as taking all the cell phone chargers in the house.
Bad customer service, not professional, very poor supervision and they charge top dollar for this.
By the way, two of the positive reviews are from employees and family members. If you eliminate those, this vendor has a pretty bad record.

Well they did a fair job with the painting, however they did paint over my soffit vents. The more frustrating issue was paying this company for fascia repairs after the painting job. I paid them in June. They postponed then let me slip through the cracks and ultimately mailed me back a check after multiple failed “scheduled” appointments. Months waiting around being told they’ll take care of me. They lie to customers. I understand I am a small fish as a resident in a community they painted, but this is unacceptable. I have heard other residents complain as well. I will do my best to have the community hire another company next time.

Side note, I told them this is why they had 2 stars and that day they later received a few 5 star reviews.

The worst customer service. They tell people things and don’t even remember that they are the ones who say it. I was told the subcontracter was two weeks in vacation THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN DO THE JOB. Then all this woman JACKIE cared about is how many times she called me which I never received a phone call. Why call me with this man on vacation. I called so many times straight to voicemail. What a hot mess. I’m still waiting for this to be handled now because SHE doesn’t know what the hell shes doing they can’t work with my community DR HORTON. All she cared about was arguing with me about phone calls over the phone and NOT fixing this problem.

They break stuff on the job and don’t repair it. They promised to fix it but never followed through.

Poor work and most of the employees were illegal aliens that can barely speak or understand English
