Allied Reddi-Rooter

Water was pouring into our floor because there was a crack on the grease trap. They quickly scheduled Jason to come out and fix it all. I have yet to meet anyone so thorough and efficient. They met and exceeded our expectations. The grease trap was an absolute mess that we inherited. Jason was amazing, I cannot say enough about this guy. They worked tirelessly, removed the old trap, bought and replaced our new grease trap and left everything clean and orderly! We were able to open our restaurant within a day! Wow! Thank You, Thank You! You guys Rock!!

From the start, the woman that answered the phone (sorry I didn't get her name) was wonderful. She was understanding and scheduled us for same day service around a doctor appt we had. She even wished us good luck at the doctor. Our techs, Roger and Sherman were awesome! Arrived right on time to clear our sewer line and also another plumbing issue. They were finished in under 2 hours for both jobs! They were a pleasure to deal with and we had a lot of laughs while getting the job done. Keep up the good work!

I recently hired Allied to help fix a plumbing problem at my house. The plumber they sent out, Roger Fraley, was not only early to the job but very professional and courteous. He addressed and fixed my problem right away (hot water heater leak) then he not only fixed it quickly, he also educated me on proper care for my hot water heater. I had a major emergency ‼ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

We had water coming up from our floor drain. I called Allied Reddi Rooter and they came out that day. This was not a clogged sewer main. The drain pipe under our basement floor concrete had a clog getting in the way of draining making its way to the main pipe that leads to the city sewage system. Ryan was persistent with the snake and fixed the problem. He tested it and made sure everything was operating as it should.

First,. the receptionist was patient, polite, and helped me to verbally clarify my problem (I don’t speak plumbing.) Second, the service technician texted two times to let me know exactly when he was coming, which was great to know (I called in morning, and got service the same day.) Last, the technician (Roger) was polite, but more importantly, smart, and quick to problem-solve a situation that stumped my contractor. The actual problem was nothing like how it appeared; the leaky basement mess around a plumbing stack was not related to the plumbing, but something a floor above. I’m so happy this was resolved so quickly.

I'm opening a restaurant and taking over a previous restaurant space. We ran into a problem where there was grease clogging the lines. Jason came to our rescue and cleared the lines that were entirely hardened. Truly helped us out! They also came out quickly to keep our buildout moving foward.

I had a backedup sewer line and called on a Monday morning. They were out at my house that afternoon when I got home from work. The plumber(Justin) was here within the time I asked for. It took about an hour for him to complete the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed and efficient.

My main drain had a severe clog, but thanks to Jordan's excellent service, the problem was resolved in little to no time! Jordan was punctual, acted professionally, provided updates, and effectively cleared the blockage. He is the hero of the day/week/month! Thank you, Jordan!

Ever since we move into our home a little over a year ago Allied Reddi Router has been there for us. Let me count the ways. Toilet repair, outside hose connection, clogged kitchen sink, sump pump replacement just to name a few issues that come along when you purchase an older home. Jason has been great in analyzing situations and coming up with solutions. As much as I like hearing about his golf game and his kids I’m hoping he has identified all our issues. Thanks again for all the great service. I’ll keep their number on speed dial even though I hope I don’t need them again anytime soon.

Came within 24 hours to fix a leaky valve and add another, easier to use valve. Was in and out quickly, honest about what needed to be done and did not try to up-sell me on unnecessary services. Will definitely be my first call in the future for plumbing issues.

Ryan provided outstanding quality work! He arrived on time, was professional, positive, and a clear communicator. His workmanship is outstanding. We had a broken pipe on a Friday night. We are a small coffee shop business and asked Allied to help us out with our grease trap for the first time. Rico was incredible! The response time was excellent and he stayed until he was confident the sewage issue was corrected. He even ensured the area was cleaned. Moving forward, I would only call Allied with any plumbing issues that arise.

Wow! So impressed and grateful to Allied. I needed a sewer line inspection done same day. I called and they set me up with an appointment range of 4-7pm. Rik and his assistant arrived PROMPTLY at 4pm and did a thorough job. He patiently explained his process, what he was observing as he scoped the line, and explained everything he thought I needed to do to get the clean-outs in good shape again. He worked efficiently and did a really thorough inspection. At the end of the appointment I asked for a written statement of what needed to be done since I'm in the process of purchasing a house. Rik said he would provide the statement and a proposal so I could document costs to get repairs done. I expected this within the week but to my surprise, I had it NEXT DAY. This company has top-notch customer service which is vital in the home buying, inspection, and construction process. Allied Reddi-Rooter will be my first call whenever I need future plumbing work done! Thanks guys!

We called, on a holiday, after 5:00pm, and were able to have someone at our house, diagnosing, unclogging the line, and fixing the issue within 2 hours. With three small kids in the house, the quick turn was a huge help(with no water usage recommended until it was fixed). Will recommend Allied to all who need a good plumbing experience with a quick turn - great customer service.

We called Allied at 9 am this morning to come out and diagnose our leaking kitchen sink, water shut off valve, and non-functional bathroom sink. They were able to come out same day and fix all of our issues for a super affordable price. Rick was our service tech. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our additional questions with good tips and tricks to help us in the future. I would recommend this company to friends and have already recommended them to family.
