I got engaged last year and needed my ring resized. I called a few of the big name jewelry places and they all said it would take several days. I didn’t want to part with my ring for that long…I ended up bringing it to Brillante and they did it within a few hours. It was perfect. I just brought my jewelry in to be cleaned ahead of my wedding and was met with the same incredible service. This place is truly a hidden gem. I’m so happy I found them!

I just can’t believe what Matt posted here!!!! Just unbelievable! Eric, Charly abd Roberto are the most trustworthy people I’ve known in the jewelry business! I have been a customer for some years and this comment is absolutely unfair and has nothing to do with the reality! This brothers are TOP NOTCH and I would like people to know this.

My engagement ring is super special because it was the hand-me-down ring of my husbands late grandmother. One day the stone fell out and I freaked out! I went to Brillante Jewelers because so many people recommended them and I was not disappointed! They were able to take my stone, set it in a beautiful way and they addressed my concerns beautifully. Now I have my ring back and it’s even more gorgeous than before. They were all so great to work with, kind, and professional! They earned every bit of the 5 stars (I would have given more if I could!) I’ll be back to get my ring engraved and I would recommend anyone who needs jewelry or needs to perfect their current jewelry, go HERE!!!

Today was my first visit to Brillante and we will definitely be going back. Staff was extremely friendly, and did a fantastic job cleaning my wife's wedding set. I know my camera and lighting aren't fantastic, but trust me, the rings are all shine. Really happy we found this family ran establishment, great folks!

I went in to this store because i swore i had cracked my engagement ring. They nicely cleaned my ring and told me it was an inclusion after inspection. I appreciated their honesty and helping ease my anxiety. Will definitely be back. Great customer service.

Brillante Jewelers offers such an incredible customer experience! Everyone was extremely kind and the atmosphere of the store was luxurious yet welcoming. I had sizing holes added two leather watch bands and they fit me perfectly now. Thank you Brillante!

Charlie and Eric from Brillante Jewelers custom designed a magnificent engagement ring for my wife, and went well beyond our expectations! They never pushed, made some great suggestions and delivered it within a very reasonable time. This is one of the best Jewelers I have found. They are polite, gracious, and bend over backward to make their customers happy. They can design or remake any piece of Jewlery you might need and it comes out exquisitely.I would recommend them to anyone that wants professional work done with the best quality you can find.

After looking for weeks for the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé, I went to Brilliant Jewelry and that was the best decision that I could have done! I was greeted with friendly service, Robert was able to give me a verbal estimate which was right in line with what I planned. Charlie began to custom design the ring and he listened to every little detail and made it perfect. He even 3D printed for me so that I can see how the finish product would look. I picked up the ring this past weekend and am blown away by the finished product! If you are looking for any jewelry items, advise, service and repairs, this is the place to go.

They did a remarkable job not only cleaning my fiances engagement ring but they also restored a prized possesion that my fiance wanted to wear for our wedding. Safe to say she is going to be blown away 😀

I visited Brillante Jewelers today. I couldn't be more pleased with them. Not only did Charly repair the loose stone in my engagement ring, he volunteered to clean EVERY piece of jewelry I had on and spent time with me explaining the specialty services they provide, how they custom make jewelry with a 3D printer to show you a sample of what will be made & gave me recommendations on how to repurpose my older diamonds. He really went above and beyond and is my go-to jeweler from here on out!

When I tell you these gentleman care, I mean it. We started the process of getting our custom wedding bands in Sept of 2019 for our wedding in Nov 2019. Life happened and we had to postpone getting the rings. Then Covid happened and we had to postpone LIFE. Flash forward an entire year to Nov of 2020 and these amazing professionals not only held on to our rings but allowed us to pick back up paying what we still owed them.
