One of the better and nicer Publix around...I like to shop and fill my prescription there and they are always very nice and accomodating..they know me by my first name and are aware of all my needs in the Pharmacy

I’m considering suing this pharmacy for neglect. I take a very important medication and cannot miss a dose. I was told it would be ready on the 7th. I figured I could tolerate missing one dose. Well the 7th came and I had no self control from missing my medication. The day went by and no ready notifications. I called and was told they never ordered it and I have to wait a few days. I made it very clear how important this medication is and they could not have cared less. I was told “go to the hospital if you need it so bad.” Before they hung up on me. Never using this pharmacy again but they’ll be hearing from me soon.
