Amazing is an understatement. All female staff which was very much needed at this point in my life. Very gentle kind and understanding. My Lil guy was having some issues and they were addressed right away he was vaccinated. And they handled it amazingly. Went over prices BEFORE the treatment on a computer with estimates showed it to me. There prices are not cheap but reasonable. They don't jack their prices up like every other place around. They even called the next day to check on my Lil B man to make sure he was OK from the vaccines. Very professional staff.

Dr. Baker is the best. She knows animals and treats them both physically and emotionally. Our dog has had successful surgery with her and treatment for other ailments. We would not use anyone else.

Dr Baker has gone above and beyond helping us determine the best treatment plan for our cat.

I found a stray dog and they were kind enough to check it for a chip. Very friendly, nice staff!

Fantastic service and expert care. A great place to take your furry friend. our cat had got into a scuffle and his paw had been bit and infected. They treated him the very next day and he is no longer in pain and his paw is not swelling anymore either. They even called to check on him! We will only be taking him here from now on

Our little Louie was under the weather and we went to see Dr. B at The Fort Thomas location and it was our first time at a vet and we were very pleased!

The 1st time I took my dog to VMC I thought I'd accidentally ordered a spa treatment (a full body massage). It wasn't that, it was the incredibly thorough exam they were giving Finely. Something I hadn't experienced in 30 yrs of having dogs. Then today, something amazing happened. A stray cat had recently adopted my family & had a swollen ear. When I went to bring him in, he broke through the crate and took off outside. The two young ladies who work there jumped into action and within minutes, we had the cat safely secured. The vet stepped out for a quick word with me as well. Despite all the drama, the staff remembered I'm being treated for an illness and stopped to ask how I was doing. I just cannot say enough about how well I feel my animals are cared for there, how thorough and thoughtful they are in their care of them. And even I am made to feel special! Amazing people and practice that I recommend to anyone!

These ladies are seriously so great. They treat every pet like their own. I feel so comfortable bringing my cats here. Doctors are also so knowledgeable and will answer all questions to the best of their ability.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The Veterinarian spends a significant amount of time with me every time I have been in the office. She remembers small details about my dog. Very knowledgeable on large and giant breed dogs. Appointment times convenient and easy.

They took our cat who had an emergency right away and treated her back to health. They even followed up the next day to see if her condition was better.

Great stuff and they finally got to the bottom of my dog's mysterious and chronic ear infections, we are very pleased!
