The Beach Cottage

Great place to vacation. The beach view is beautiful and the unit itself was clean and spacious. This was our second time at the cottages and hope to come back again.

Lots of restaurants nearby. The management company was great and access instructions we easy to follow.

Many rentals in this building with some private residences sprinkled in. Wonderful amenities & location. Beach is beautiful & spacious. Condo we visited professionally decorated & inviting.
Can't wait to come back.

Great location on the beach. Heater not functioning after first day. We got to jump in the ocean before starting our day.

Great vacation at The Beach Cottage! Amazing spacious condo! There was a pool, hot tub, right on the beach, covered parking, view was awesome from our balcony, close to fishing, stores, restaurants, putt putt, etc. Beach area was easily accessible, not overly crowded, and beautiful. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing vacation.

We booked our family vacation with JC Resorts and had a great experience! They were responsive and kind and we would 100% use them again!
The unit (1111) was amazing, clean and kept and ad advertised.
The beach cottage building itself is fine, we didn't hate it but we didn't love walking through the garage to get to the beach.
Follow all the rules of this building or you'll 100% wake up to a note on your door. We hung towels over the railing (our fault completely, it plainly says in the rules not to do that) and recieved a note on our door which highlighted that we were being evicted! I called JC and the very kind ladies said thar wasn't there case, it was a warning. It's a VERY STRONGLY written warning!
Outside of that the stay was amazing! I will book with JC again if we return to the gulf! Highly reccomend!

Excellent Gulf side Resort with its own private Beach, Courtyard, Pool, and Spa. The Units are all fully furnished, with kitchens and dining areas and are tastefully done. Highly Recommended.

This place is awesome! Great location and write on the beach. The unit we rented was beautiful. The owner of The unit is so lovely And so great to work with. She made us feel like family. We Will defiantly be back!! If you get a chance to go, I would Give This place a try!!! The Beach Cottage is a awesome place to spend your vaca And the pool/hot tub deck is the best I have seen! You don't know what you are missing!!

Great place for a beach vacation. Right on the Gulf of Mexico. Nice pool and hot tub. BBQ grills to prepare your own food. The beach was spectacular!! Cabanas and beach umbrellas available for rent. The gulf water was crystal clear. Great sunsets to be had!

The location is very near the causeway. Close to many restaurants, and great places to visit like John's Pass, St.Petersburg, and Clearwater Beach.

A good to time is waiting for you!!

This was an excellent choice for a vacation home. Our host was very accommodating and communicated regularly. It was very comforting to know that we could text a question and get a quick response. Great location to everything from beach to food to shops!

Staycation time! Long weekend trip from Tampa and it’s exactly what we wanted. Went with our three kids 12,2, and 4mo. Being cable to walk onto the beach was perfect for quick trips between naps and short attention spans. Smaller pool, but the kids loved it. Overall, this will stay on the top of my short list for beach staycations!

There was construction and it was pretty loud bc of the way one of the buildings is set back between two other buildings. Like it's got great acoustics in a way bc the sound echos around and is amplified but that's not necessarily a good thing in the morning when you have some families chatting it up real loud and laughing ....but if you don't mind that then it's a nice spot.

Perfect in every way. The view, the beach was very clean, it's amazing. Been going there every June for the past 6 years.

Jason and Kieonna's condo is amazing. From the spectacular view to the modern shower heads, this place is definitely one to visit again and again.

The stay was good, the pool is heated, and the hot tubs nice. Theres 3 grills so that's a plus.

Great place! Pool hot tub right on the beach. Clean safe building.

Great condo. Beutifully decorated. Plenty of space. Beds are comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Really nice place. Individually owned so everything here is what the owner supplies.
