Just heard the news about closing. We are heartbroken for Craig, Kim, & staff. Thank you, thank you for many years of outstanding personal service & friendly attention. Cannot get that hardly anywhere anymore. Our community has lost a true treasure. We will miss you very much! Wishing you well in all future endeavors.

Their team exemplifies exactly the kind of service you hope to get every where you go. They go above and beyond to ensure you get your questions answered and medications filled, and they do it with smiles on theirs faces. Craig, Kim and the rest of the staff treat their customers like family and it shows.

i’ve moved all my prescriptions here, everything’s cheaper than Kroger‘s and they’re fast and I don’t know how the pharmacist knows me my name, but he does😂😃 They're very friendly!! and it’s only 2 miles or so off 471. So it's easy to jump off and jump back on the interstate. I recommend them 100%.

Walgreens never has my prescription and Fort Thomas Drug Center has come through two months in a row for me and im officially switching! I was desperate for my prescription today and knew i was going to be too busy st work today to discuss the issue on the phone so I left a message and they took care of it for me without any issue! So thankful! My mother picked it up for me and said the man who helped her was so so nice.

We recently switched our family to Fort Thomas Drug and it has been a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and focused on great customer service. Way better than chain stores. Glad they are in Fort Thomas!

I switched to Ft. Thomas drug center a couple years ago due to my insurance changing - I'm self employed and my insurance issues can be a real headache. I don't plan on ever going back to any big chain pharmacies - Craig and his staff have been remarkable when it comes to dealing with my insurance claims. On top of that, Craig has gone above and beyond to get me what I needed and provided personal service you won't receive anywhere else. Please give your money and business to this local establishment.

Been coming here for my prescriptions for 7 months now. Enjoying my experience and the owner actually wants to get to know his customers!

Most local pharmacies are out of a lot of medications right now…not only did they have what we needed but Kim the pharmacist took great care of us!! She went above and beyond!!
