Algin Furniture

I went in to buy a used desk chair. This store is huge and has a mix of moderately priced to high end used and new office furniture. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and open the floor sales people are. I learned a lot more than I expected to about office furniture which helped me make an informed decision on my purchase. I can't wait to have to redecorate my office, living, or dining room. I'd recommend this store to any one who interested in a variety of choice and excellent customer service.

There is so much to love about the Algin shopping experience. For starters, the vibe is special...it's like time traveling back to the 50s when department stores dominated consumer experience...it almost feels like the heart of Madison Avenue in retro NYC. You will be greeted with a smile the moment you walk in the door and whisked away to (7) floors of unique furniture. How about the selection? Whether you're a creative company needing a unique conference room table or an OTR apartment dweller craving a funky side table...it's all there for you. Lastly, there is real heritage at Algin, as it is a family company and has been for decades. There is a tangible sincerity to how they work and treat people, and that's why I've gone back again and again!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Algin. We worked directly with Katie - this is the second time working with them and we were amazed at their service.
We were trying to get new furniture in our office but was having a difficult time based on the room sizes. Katie came out and mapped out the desk sizes with painters tape and explained exactly what would work and why.
From there, we ordered the furniture and it arrived very quickly. The installers put it together quickly and in a professional manner. There was a very small issue due to some special circumstances and the installers were the first to show us. It was able to provide me with a great aount of trust in their company as a whole.
The prices were very reasonable and so far we are very pleased with everything we have purchased.

This has to be the coolest furniture store in Cincinnati. I just purchased a really cool table that was made from a huge tree. 7 floors of things, and also custom furniture. The staff is really helpful, and the delivery guys are really fun. Check this place out, better prices than on-line, and a lot more helpful.

My experience was awesome! I have never had so much service in my life. Not only did this place have 7 floors of used furniture, they are carried a ton on new stuff. You must stop by there Retro store on the corner of 8th and Main. Really cool modern pieces. There prices were cheaper then the supper stores, and better quality. I also received free delivery service. This is the best kept secret in Cincinnati. There hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday, and Saturday 10-3.

My first visit to Algin's was in 1994 and I can't imagine doing business with any other furnishing company downtown since then. Outstanding, friendly service, great furniture, fair prices. For an added bonus, visit their retro furnishing store on the corner. A designer's dream.

Herman Miller office chairs! Warm, fun, friendly staff. Free parking. A fun adventure just wandering around the cool retro building. They have bespoke furniture also from their in-house woodworking shop. Designed and crafted. Visiting this store to buy office chairs - became an experience!

I have to confess. I shopped around before I went to Algin. I went to different places in the city, and check everywhere on line. Big mistake, and waste of time on my end. I went to Algin, and they have everything. Office furniture, Retro furniture, live edge tables, and really nice furniture for my home. It doesn't stop. The is service is unreal. In this day, I am getting use to no service anywhere. Not at Algin, they have great service, and I found out there prices were cheaper than on line. The also have 7 floors, and they delivered to me for FREE. A must stop, great company. I will be back!!

They have a great selection of very gently used office furniture. They listen to your needs and don't "sell". Great people, products and services. Ask for Katie.

I love the building. It has a fantastic elevator. Also, the furniture I bought is really great too, but honestly the highlight of my experience was seeing the building.

Truly very interesting store to visit even if it is just to go and have a look at it. Recycled cool furniture, rehab reuse. The wooden tables are especially cool.

Me and my mom bought furniture from them awhile ago and love the stuff. We still have most of it. Will be back for a office desk soon!
