Crocs at The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta

I can only speak for there customer service and it's great friendly and understanding definitely willing to help. So if you have questions call they have grate customer service representatives who will answer.

My grandkids love crocs I don’t normally like shopping at mall’s because it takes forever but the 2 lovely lady’s who helped me and my family made it a fast and easy decision to get in find what we need and get out they were super helpful and sweet. one girl had a buzz cut blond and the other long red hair sorry I didn’t get yalls names but thank y’all for your help we will definitely be coming back.

I used to be one of those people who would never try crocs because cus I thought they looked silly but when I went into the store all the staff were all so friendly and helpful. That’s I left with 4 pairs thank you so much Emily,Prama, jazmin and Kaylee for all your help y’all got a customer for life!

Hannah was our amazing cashier, she went above and beyond with her customer service all while having a broken foot! I’m thoroughly impressed and will be back for sure whenever I shop again! Thanks again Hannah you were amazing!

My first time experience going to the store! We asked for help and a very kind employee (if I recall correctly, Saniya) helped us out so much! Gave us advice and tips on the footwear we wore. Told us what was true to size and what to recommend going up. Super duper kind, helpful and outgoing! Answered all my questions with no hesitation. definitely will be coming back! Nick, Alexis, and Kaylee were very helpful. I was bummed because I couldn’t find anything to take advantage of the sale, but Nick and Kaylee showed me a different section to help me. I also got something free with my purchase so overall great experience!

EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! When I called for help with an online exchange question. The store clerk was very patient with me to answer all my questions and went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied before getting off the phone.

Absolutely love coming here for crocks, the staff is always willing to help as soon as you walk in the door. They stay stocked up on merchandise and have ongoing sales.

First the online hours are not correct and I wish I knew that before I rushed to get there after work. I would call before you go to hear the correct hours. Second, I was confused by the location using the directory and had to call the store to find it. The lovely gentlemen guided me on the phone and even stepped out of the door so I could find the store. Talk about customer service! Third, I'm glad I made the 45 minute trip because I was able to find the sizes I needed for my son and he was super excited to receive his Crocs. I do wish they had orange or red classics but he was happy with what I choose. Thanks!

Other stores might sell crocs but nobody does it like them.

This is an unusual review for me to share, but I just had to post this here and will send an email to corporate as well. Yesterday I was in the parking lot of the outlet stores taking a call on my phone when my car battery died.
In just a matter of minutes Shelby who I never met in my life drove by and asked me if I needed help. And without hesitation she backed up, parked her car and jumped out to help me.
She was leaving to go home for the day and even took a call from someone waiting on her at home to say she would be a a little bit late.
My mom goes to this store so a least I can verify that the service is great here as well.
Shelby was such a lifesaver for me yesterday and I feel so lucky that she crossed my path when I needed it most, even when it would have been so much easier to act like she did not see me.
Highly recommend the manager and staff at this location 100%

Workers were polite and very helpful, seemed like they genuinely wanted to help, rather than just trying to make a sale. The redhead at the cash register was pretty cute, too ;)

Oh, and to all the idiots leaving negative reviews because they couldn't find parking, THAT HAS LITERALLY NOTHING TO DO WITH CROCS. YOU ARE PAINFULLY STUPID. PLEASE DON'T BREED.

I love these shoes. Unfortunately the ones I wanted more of were discontinued. One of the associates wanted a picture to show his manager. The lady associate was most helpful showing me the classic styles which were buy 1 get 1 20% off. I always have a great time in this store at this location in these Shippes of Atlanta outlets.

Extremely surprised at how happy I am with these shoes! I thought they were just a fad. Well they are that and more! The shoes actually feel great and I never knew how much I would love attaching stuff to the tops of my shoes!

My daughter bought a pair of crocs and they didn't give her a hard time when she returned and purchased the deal of 3 for the price of 2. Greatly appreciated this since she is 12 and they could have taken advantage of her.

Friendly staff, I purchased a croc online but size was big. Small size was not in shop so i got it in another color. Staff took the responsibility and gave me a right shoe and adjusted the price difference. Excellent customer satisfaction

Returns a pair. Employees couldn't have been nicer. They worked together to overcome a problem and get me a full refund.

I’ve bought every pair of crocs i have in this store! Every time I walk in someone always is asking if they can help me find anything, there are always discounts so I end up walking out with multiple pairs! I love this store!

The selection is huge. The staff very helpful. There aren't a lot of size 12 on the floor and as soon as I am off they have it in back they rush off to check.

Very nice reps in the store. Very informative about the products and helpful in choosing styles and colors. 😁. Lots of styles to chose from. Love this location better than other crocs stores I’ve visited, it was worth the long drive.
