Walked in to get a pre workout 10 mins before closing. Andre greeted me with a smile and was attentive to my questions. He has a lot of knowledge on these products. I did not feel rushed by him at all! It’s a plus that he is super cute and has a great personality

Nice clean store and well stocked. Excellent, knowledgeable young man on staff. Ended up there because the store in Canton did not know what I was looking for. They had what I needed at Ridgewalk and on sale buy 1 get one 50% off!

It was buy a bottle of vitamins get a bottle 1/2 off. I bought vitamins for the whole family. Great staff to help me witj my selection. Got double my rewards points also. Great day to shop at GNC. Great location.

This location is my last resort when none others have what I want. Mike the manager has to do better with his training because his staff is either always sitting down doing nothing and or acts really weird during transactions which makes me uncomfortable. No other store I go to sweats me about pick ups or anything else except this one. And I worked at GNC and I know health store should be run, & this one might run to a hole.

I have shopped in this store several times and have always had a great experience until yesterday. I went in the store and there were a lady (Babbie) and i young man behind the counter. They both looked at me as if I was bothering them while she continued to rage about something. Anyways, I was returning a product that made me nauseous and I asked for a refund. You would have thought I asked her for the moon & stars. She was a straight up BEATCH. She was snatching things from my hands and very rude from the start. She tossed my license and credit card back to me. All this time, I have been quite (biting my tongue). I asked for my receipts and she snapped my head off. I asked why she was being so rude and she kept snapping. As I was walking out the door, she said you need to find another store. OMG!!! I wanted to punch her lights out. I said "Lady I will find another store". She should not work in the public eye. I will shop at the GNC in Kennesaw, GA.

I always buy GNC stuffs for my family and I bought 2 bottles of GNC prenatal vitamin at this store for my wife September 2019. She finished one bottle, but when she opened the 2nd bottle last week, February 2020, she found the capsules inside were damaged and the liquid inside leaked out. We took the damaged bottle back ask for a return or an exchange, but we got denied. They claimed it had been too long. That's all right, but here is the one star for you, shame on you, and we will buy from other stores!
