Got some fantastic stuff for my nephew!!!! Went to the Woodstock, Ga outlet location. Jonathan and Chris are the best!!! They are incredibly nice and we're so patient with all of my questions. They helped me put together a custom hot sauce gift for my nephew. I couldn't have done it without them. I'll definitely shop there again.

First off wanted to say how cool this place is they have everything you need to season your food with delicious sauces and spices NOT all spicy. So they have something for everyone also the staff was attentive and helped me and my family pick out multiple sauces and spices we didn’t even know we would like. They also have a free sample bar so you get to try stuff before you get it and also mix them together to get new flavors. over all it was a 10/10 my family loved the experience and Jonathan was super fun to talk to had a super good vibe and was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back to get more yummy products.

I’ve been to a tone of pepper palace’s and this one by far is my new favorite it felt like a fun party with all the lights and great music also had a super clean sample bar great tasting sauces and seasonings and apparently a whole jerky wall I haven’t seen at other locations and most of the hot challenges like satin’s toe, extreme jelly beans, hottest Jerky and the end flatline which is definitely a must try also the staff were super knowledgeable and very funny chris and Jonathan were also very cute they helped me and my friends pick out a bunch of sauces for the buy 3 sale get 1 more free We will definitely be back to this location and recommend y’all come try it for yourself 😜

The customer service was absolutely amazing! Kris was so helpful, nice, and funny. He gave me the best suggestions possible. I also really enjoyed the various different tastes and flavors of the sample bar. Will definitely be coming back.

Came into pepper palace to christmas shop and wow is the environment is so welcoming and friendly. Kris and Jonathan are such good helpers and ensure that you pick out the right products for your needs. You can sample anything in the store and it was so fun sampling what they had.

Their selection is out of this world. Highly recommend the Gator gas collection. Had my husband try it on a dare, now it is one of our favorites.

this store is SO much fun. They have samples for everything, and the world's hottest hot sauce challenge is so cool. (Warning, you will be in pain). Went here with a close friend and Tara made our experience the absolute best. We loved it and will go back and buy from here again!

What a cool place; so many different types of hot sauces, seasonings, and wing sauces - the Honey Garlic was perfection!

Garlic fusions tasted so good I don’t even like hot sauce but that stuff was Awesome also Michael and Johnathan were super cute and extremely helpful especially with all the mixtures and suggestions we will definitely be coming back for more stuff everything was worth trying.

Let's get this out of the way first: the prices are high.

But that was the only negative I could think of. The staff is rally nice and helpful, you can sample basically everything for free and the sauces do taste great, they have a wide variety of sauces - great.
Just be aware that if they say it is their hottest sauce and require you to sign a waiver ... Yes it will indeed be very hot. Only do this if the other extreme hot sauces are nothing to you.

Loved the sauces there, even the really spicy ones still had a flavor to them!!

And not only that, excellent customer service, the gentleman over there was patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and an excellent salesperson! I went in not thinking I'd buy anything or if any just a bottle of hot sauce, fast forward and I left the place with more than 5 sauces, would definitely recommend this shop.

Really enjoyed trying the different sauces. They really have a great taste, especially the jerk seasoning! Also, Michael is a great worker he knew all of the different flavors and was happy to assist us!

Out of all the Pepper Palace locations I’ve been to, this is by far my favorite! Jonathan is super personable and always makes the experience great! This is the only place I’ll be purchasing my hot sauce from!

I tried several sauces and they all were great. The guy working was extremely friendly and helpful. I left with 2 hot sauces and a jar of salsa. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic service from a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My daughter and I are extreme heat junkies and went there with high hopes of finding a pepper sauce with enough heat to satisfy our needs. We were not disappointed. There was a plethora of hot sauces, rubs, and other types of condiments at extreme and very mild heat levels. We had a very pleasant experience and we will be back.

A plethora of sauces with a fun atmosphere! So happy I stopped by this place! Staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. 😁 highly recommended this place for any hot sauce lovers! Visited the pepper palace today and was delighted with the customer service and the welcoming atmosphere. Dee was super helpful and answered all our questions with a positive attitude. She’s awesome!
