Edit: the business reached out 3 days after I had tried contacting them about the mix-up. They were very proactive and tenacious in getting my clothes back and coordinating with me to get the clothes I had back to the rightful owner. They ended up handling the situation well in the end but the overall timeliness of the service and the inconvenience of going back when I have long work hours still warrants a lower rating.

Original: This business lacks organization and customer communication. I did not get half of my clothes back in my laundry bag. You don’t get an email notification when they pick your clothes up from Hunt’s Club. You don’t get an email notification when your clothes are ready for pickup. It takes 3+ days to do one load of laundry. Regardless of having lost $200 of clothes with this business, I would still not come back based on their promptness on the customer service side.
