Tricia's customer service is phenomenal. The owners are delightful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Overall, it's just a high-quality place with high-quality people and coffee.

If you’re looking for an amazing coffee shop near Athens with a great vibe and delicious coffee, THIS is the place. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. The drinks are yummy! And the pastries are superb. Win of the day is the wonderful and attentive baristas. Bonus points if you get to meet the incredibly inspiring owners. Love this place!

What a perfect downtown nook. I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and added dark chocolate sauce, wow instantly became a taste I know I’ll crave. The presentation made it more special.

Can’t wait to come back and try other items on the menu such as the affogato (espresso + vanilla ice cream). & the tea which you can order a tea pot of.

Amazed and very satisfied. So many options to choose from, prices are reasonable (cheap/affordable), comfy and cute. What I got was very good. Can’t wait to come back again and will highly recommend to my family and friends

I don't even know where to start. They roast the beans and the roaster is right here where you can see it. The coffee is delicious. The food is delicious. Prices are reasonable. The ambiance is next level - somehow equally hip and welcoming and comforting. They even have historical artifacts found during the renovation on display. I love this place. This is truly a gem in downtown Winder and must be protected at all costs!

I am so excited and happy for the owners to finally open their brick and mortar business. I went in for a cold brew and it was the pick me up I needed. I will definitely be back! Also, they were so patient with me and helped me a gift card my best friend purchased for me for my birthday. Awesome people, great coffee and wonderful atmosphere.

Nothing but good coffee! It's not like other coffee shops where there is too much cream or not enough coffee. Their coffee is strong and so addicting. Good service the front girls are super nice. I love the atmosphere and their decor. I come here to study because there are enough seating areas. So good!

I came here yesterday for the first time and I left SHOCKED with how much i loved my latte. and that price. I’m a girl who cant drink regular cow’s milk. I’m so CONDITIONED to be okay with a DOLLAR sometimes dollar fifty additional charge for a milk i can consume. Not Night Sky. A well sized, wonderful iced oat latte for cheaper than even your typical chain coffee shop. (if you get oat milk, because even dunkin donuts charges extra for alt milk)

This is what winder needs! Pastry was good and warmed up! Coffee was really good as well! The baristas were very kind and friendly. We also really loved the fact that if you get the order for there, they put the coffee in a mug and not paper cup. The place was very comfy with lots of seating!

I have gone twice and both times have had a great sandwich and tried two different coffee options. Looking forward to coming more often to work or meet up with friends.

Cute coffee shop with friendly staff. The matcha latte and grapefruit energy fizz were really good! My lactose intolerant daughter was able to have frosted flakes with almond milk. I would love to see a veggie sandwich or a dairy/egg free nibble on the menu 😃

If you're reading this, come here instead of Starbucks or Dunkin! As a Winder resident I have to say that this coffee shop is a gem. Everything from the drinks to the service feels authentic and genuine. Its evident that there is attention to details from where you sit to the options you have on the menu. The inside is beautiful and theres always space for anything from homework to a group hangout. Only thing I could say is hopefully more unique seasonal or barista inspired drinks! 10/10

This is a 10/10 all around. The shop is so cozy and well designed, you can’t help but find a corner and enjoy your stay as you admire the architecture, aroma, and historic details. I had the London Fog Latte hot with oatmilk and a cheese danish. The latte was wonderfully creamy and the tea flavor was just right (not too floral or bitter). I would definitely order this latte again (every day even, if I lived closer!). I was thoroughly surprised by the quality, texture and taste of the cheese danish. I am accustomed to pastries and dessert being a mediocre offering at any coffee shop but this cheese danish was flaky, crispy, and the glaze finish reminded me of eating a cheese danish version of a cronut. If Night Sky is just buying these danishes from a grocery store or Costco, I’d be surprised because this danish surpassed any that I’ve had in the past. Kudos to the owners for establishing a quality coffee cafe in a town that needs more local gems like this!

Visited the shop today after hearing about Night Sky recently and enjoyed the best cappuccino I've ever had. Bold and balanced, no call outs or foam art needed. Bought a beanie for telescope nights because mine was getting worn out. Thanks y'all!

Tried Night Sky Coffee after meeting them at a craft fair. Wow! Just smelling the coffee brewing sent us to cloud 9. We went on line and ordered more immediately! Very happy with the other types coffee, too. Can't wait til they actually get their place open in Winder!
