Miss Alisha on register today not only took order from all incoming customers, because the order yourself machine where out. She also made customers order as well. She is always so kind and always doing her best to take care of her customers. Thank you for your amazing service today. This young lady deserves a raise. She was the only front person I seen today taking care of the incoming customers

This McDonald’s has really been working on getting back on track. A few years ago I swore I’d never come back, but it seems like they’ve had a management change. The service has been great recently and the food is always hot and delicious. I had one incident where the nuggets were extremely burnt and inedible, but when I brought them back, they were very sweet and worked really hard to make it better. I just wanted to say I see and appreciate the changes! Thank you.

This location really needs to be trained on so many things. I recently moved to this area and have been to this location about 3 times in 4 months. Each time I have gone, I was asked to pull to a spot (for a McDouble, nuggets and fries) and each time the fries have cold and the burger has not been customized to the way I ordered it. I always have to go into the restaurant for fresh fries and have them remake my burger. I personally give up on this location.

Food is good but serving was very small for the money

Both employees and manager have been very courteous and understanding if there is a problem with any of my orders. Kudos to McDonalds for hiring quality employees.

The best McDonald's around the area in my opinion! The service was great, the food was fresh and good...ALSO..they didn't tell us the ice cream machine was broken or being cleaned 🙄,thank you! My little girl was able to try the Grimmace shake😀 The servers were wonderful❤

My Niece & I had a lunch date there; she's 3. She had a wonderful time & said the food was "delicious".

Got a milkshake and for the first time in a long time they didn't have milkshake on the outside of the cup that I had to stop and clean up before I could drive off

The relationship with this location is a love hate one. If you like McDonald's you have to love them because they are the only one in town. But the hate us when their payment system is down (due to a lightning strike) for days! During that time it was cash only. It didn't make the line any shorter. Or even after being fixed the wait any less. I sat waiting in curbside 20 min.when it should be about 5. Had to go in and get it myself. Redeeming factor - my fries were automatically upgraded and hot!

One of the quickest curbside pickups I have ever had. Great service. The food was brought in a takeout box. This is the 1st time I've seen a McDonald's do this.

Hardly had to stop my truck, ordered, moved to first window, paid, then to second window, food was waiting on me. 4 min drive thru..during lunch rush..wow. Impressive.

Manger Julia was very respectful and polite, My order was made correct, fresh and given to me in less than 5mins. I would visit much more often if she is working Great Vibes.

I got my order pretty quickly, two McDoubles, and the staff was friendly enough to me. The sweet tea was actually pretty fresh and quite refreshing. The dining area was clean and in order. One of the managers, Robin, was very kind to me and made the experience quite delightful.

Fries were cold and hard,ordered 3 mcribs was given one BBQ sauce for all 3 had to purchase extra sauce at 37 cent per sauce package. Was told that was store policy to only give one and to charge for extra. Couldn't answer questions about store policy on extra condiments on other menu items.

My boyfriend and I come all the time in his lowered scion FRS and they're always so patient and very sweet. The manager is very nice, and there has been many times we shared real laughs with he staff. Keep doing great! Going today for some delicious fries!

We like coming here. I know that sounds weird to say about a McDonald's but it's true. I don't mean McDonald's in general but I mean THIS McDonald's. Yeah sure the food is typical mediocre fast food all McDonald's sell but the employees here are very nice. You can tell that hiring nice, courteous people is a focus for whoever runs this location. Although I should mention that the employees who work at night are not as courteous as the ones in the morning and during the day
We come here often in the mornings and just sit, have a biscuit, and drink coffee.
But we come here more often when we're busy and the kids are hungry.
We must've come here hundreds of times in the last couple of decades and in all that time I can only remember one negative experience.
Also it's always clean.
However, their ice cream machine seems to stay broken. That's kinda weird.
