This is one of my favorite places for books and unique gifts. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff, I could spend hours wandering. It is the last of its kind of bookstores in the area. Bronte Cafe is also a favorite place to stop for a quick bite after doing a little browsing.

I attended a book signing here and had a great time. Event was easy to figure out and the bookstore itself is beautiful and stocked full of books of all genres. Store is clean and staff are friendly.

This is my favorite bookstore in the area. The staff I'd immensely helpful and knowledgeable, the book selection is second to none, and the atmosphere is both energetic and cozy. I always end up with an amazing haul when I visit!

I love this store! I am always able to find my next read there. They have a nice variety and selection. In addition, the Bronte Bistro has good food and excellent service!

This place is a true Cincinnati treasure. Besides a wonderful book selection they have a great selection of gifts for everyone on your holiday list. The bookstore is broken up into areas with common themes (cooking, spiritual, young adult, etc..). The best section is the children's area which is a magical place with, books, puzzles, toys and plenty of play nooks. Your child's and your imagination can be unleashed to their full creative self. This is a place that invites you to spend a few minutes or a few hours to while away an afternoon. Make sure you plan a visit and enjoy!

I love this local bookstore. So many genres. Stock is always coming in. If they don’t have it they could probably order it. Lots of cozy corners and seating of all kinds. They had an amazing release party for a book I am obsessed with in the fall.

My childhood bookstore, definitely holds a big space in my heart. The plethora of benches to sit in the corners, being able to check books out freely without someone staring you down is wonderful. All the author signings/readings, the different activities, the customer service and just general vibe has always been top notch. Thanks for maintaining all the childhood magic into my adulthood ✨

That's the best bookstore I have ever visited in my life, and I visited a lot, believe me! I can literally spend at that place whole afternoon and I wouldn't feel the passing time at all! You can find so many great books there! And not only. 📚

Fantastic independent bookstore with a huge selection and regular author and other book events. Lovely staff and great rewards system that give back to the community!

I absolutely love this bookstore. In a world of online books, places like this are a rare treasure. You can spend hours here browing or reading. The place carries a charm that reminds me of days spent at Borders (before they closed). The selection is massive but easy to navigate. Beyond books, they have a great selection of games, puzzles and other stuff that make good gifts for adults or kids.

Judging from outside of the building, it may lead you to believe it is a normal book store. It is not and it is a book store with various themes and collections. I am amaze how much effort done by the book store to up keep with such a large amount of books

I am thankful that the staff is warm and help me to sort out of the needs for my three years old.

Deep childhood memories here. Would always play at the trim set they have in the kids area. Great assortment of books. Also a very good bistro.

How is it I haven't already reviewed this place? Huge space with books of course but also gifts, games and more. Bronte Bistro sets a nice vibe and the kids have their own book store. If you are looking for new or classic title shop here (Rookwood). If you are looking for the rare and unusual go to Ohio Bookstore downtown. Both are great for totally different reasons.

Love this bookstore. They have an incredible selection of books, but also gifts and the space is beautiful in itself. I love this place, but my favorite thing about the bookstore are the book events. I've been to two so far, but the last one was the first one I went to at the bookstore. Despite the large crowds, I had a great time and got to meet Chrissy Metz in-person. They have been unforgettable experiences and I highly recommend going to one. If you really love books, I would join their membership club to get extra perks, including early access to the line for these events. That alone is worth it.

Great local store. Books and more. Amazing kids section, with near-daily storytime. Often have events and author signings, etc. Expect to kill an hour or more!

Today's visit wasn't planned, but we needed to find something local and unique to give to our neighbors who are watching our cat while we visit family.

This isn't the first time I've visited, but it has been about 15 years. It was good to see that they were still in business.

They have a good selection of keepsakes, books, games, cards and space to sit and enjoy them.

My wife found a few "must-have" items to purchase with her Christmas gift money and we purchased a kentucky bourbon candle.

Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, most accurately describe their staff. Sections are always tidy, and it always has a calm pleasant atmosphere. I go out of my way to order books from here, just to support the business. Even f found a good book for my mom... 😏

Stopped in while visiting Cincinnati. Great selection of books and gifts that support local vendors and promote Cincinnati pride. Large children's section. Good place to relax and while away a snowy afternoon.
