They were on time, professional and quick at my electrical needs. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work I needed them to do.

I used Electricmasters to complete all the electrical installations at our new Micro Roastery in Cincinnati. This included running multiple high voltage lines, outfitting the main coffee shop bar connections, replacing multiple lighting ceiling fixtures and outlets, and upgrading the master panel for the building. The work done was absolutely great! Jack and his team were extremely responsive and made the readiness for the facility very easy from an electrical upgrades point of view. The quality of the work was on point and the customer service was outstanding. If we expand or add a new location to our business we will certainly work with Electricmasters. We highly recommend them.

They fixed all my light switches that were not working like they should after I bought my house. They were hear right away. They cleaned up and when coming in they covered their shoes not to bring mud in. Thank you Electric Masters

had what i thought was a breaker box issue on a saturday called them and they were out to my home in less than 2 hours able to pin point my issue and fix it
not sure what we would of done over the weekend without electricity
they truly saved the day and the weekend

I used Home Advisor to search for an electrician to install a wall outlet in my garage for my electric car. Electric Masters was recommended and quick to respond to my request. They worked quickly to set me up with a quote appointment. The quote was fair and reasonable. They were also quick to set up an install appointment for me. The gentlemen showed up promptly. They were quick to assess the situation and they worked efficiently to install the outlet. They also cleaned up the work site, so that I hardly knew they had been there. I was also very surprised and thankful to see that they had installed my cable organizer next to the outlet, without being asked. I was very pleased with the work and I will be calling Electric Masters for all of my home electric needs.

A breaker kept tripping at my house so I had ElectricMasters take a look at it. I got an appointment for a specific time (11am instead of 8 to 12), and the service electrician (Jack) showed up right on time. He assessed the issue, confirmed what was working and what was not, fixed the problem in short order, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Jack is a consummate professional and I can highly recommend him and ElectricMasters, Inc. based on my experience. If I ever need an electrician in the future, I will definitely call them again.

We had a dinning room light go out, and couldn't figure out why. A multimeter was reading only 90 volts at the switches. When I described the issue to the contact at ElectricMasters they already had a hunch it was for a lost neutral. They were able to schedule an inspection that suited my timeframe. When Dave arrived he was very professional, discussed the possibilities on what the issue was, and sociable. It didn't take Dave long to confirm that the issue was a lost negative, quickly found where the issue was, and went the distance to make sure that the switches were repaired and fully functioning. I wouldn't have been able to locate where the issue was because it wasn't where you think it would have been. If I ever need future assistance with home electrical needs, I plan on calling ElectricMasters and asking for Dave!

They showed up on time and were very professional. Reviewed the entire job with me before they started, cleaned up after they were complete. We ended up not doing a couple of things that were on the original quote, the invoice already had those items removed, no questions asked or attempt to up sell.

ElectricMasters, Inc. was great to work with. They responded to my request quickly, . The electrician who came out, Jack, called to check in before arrival, and then showed up right on time. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, and then completed the job efficiently. I will definitely be calling them again when I need electrical work done on my house.

My hot tub lost power and was a few hours away from freezing. I called about 10 different electricians and no one would help. Then my wife called electric masters and then sent someone in under an hour. Phillip was great and saved the day. He saved my hot tub and about $10k in damages!

I was lucky enough to get someone out the same day I called. I was called ahead with the arrival time. He showed up in a company truck clearly marked that I would be certain it was someone from ElectricMasters. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The electrician showed up ahead of schedule (called and asked permission to do so). Very professional and polite. Phillip fixed our electrical issue in less than 20 minutes. While I am not found of the price (who would be), I appreciate the promptness and the recommendations made in pointing out concerns that will need to be addressed down the line. No complaints in my book!
