Austin's Firegrill & Oyster Bar

The restaurant is amazing. Mile-high burgers, delicious fried grouper, cheesy grits, and crispy fries. Hubby said the oysters were overdone.

What makes a restaurant amazing? The staff. The bartender had a crowd of customers at the bar and the bar tables, and she had all the tables in the restaurant that ordered drinks.. She sure handled things. It was fun to watch her maneuver. She had a great attitude and perfect food recommendations.

They have outdoor seating. I shared the fried mushrooms appetizer. I had a grouper filet blackened and it came with 2 sides (I chose a side salad and fried okra). Food was well seasoned and cooked properly. My friend had the grouper taco.

This place is amazing. We have never been to Albany and needed a great place to celebrate my birthday. The food here did not disappoint. The fried pickles are amazing a must order as well as the ribeye and the smothered chicken.

Grilled fish tacos with romalade sauce are great even without the sauce. The BBQ pork sandwich with fries, the huge salads 🥗 are excellent. It's a little noisy, but we went on my daughter's favorite time. You go for 2 lbs of chicken wings for $14.00, and they say they are the best in town.

This place has very low star ratings and I'm not really sure why... my team and I came to try them out after many locals recommend it to us. From the second we hit the door we knew we were in for a Damn good time. Our server Consuela was amazing. Very honest and personable, if you come here you will want to be in her section. As for the food we ordered the steak tils and they were pretty good. For the mains we ordered the Jambalaya, Cajun pasta,and Flank steak and we had zero issues with the food. There was one almost issues but our server was on it before the food got to the table. Our drinks were strong and made correctly. You need to stop by and give a try. Good food ,fellowship and service. Jaylee was a wonderful waitress, made sure we got everything we wanted.

We sat outside on the deck. Was a little chili, but they turned the heater on for us. I ordered the shrimp and grits and a salad. We specifically came here for the shrimp and grits. Austin's does them up amazing. The table shared fried pickles and the firegrilled oysters. A good place for a group of people and the service is friendly and stay on top of everything.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER whether you want dinner or having a date. The food tastes fantastic, the portions are so good, the atmosphere is perfect for any type of convo, the prices are really good nothing crazy. If you compare this to Longhorn you get a better value for the money and just for the record I am Longhorn's biggest fan.

OMG!!! We have had Austin's catered in by some sales reps and loved the food. This is hands down some of the very best food ever! I don't eat oysters but everyone else in our party does, I even tried the Rockefeller and fire grilled, the FG are absolutely amazing! Worth the 2 hour drive, will definitely be returning!!

Where is Donna? So what happened to the grouper bites? So disappointed with all of the fried crumbs and wilted lettuce. Server was so flippant that it was disheartening. No receipt, shoved a card reader in my face never saw Bill detail. Thank God the oysters were large enough to taste!

Visited here with a friend who had dined here before on several occasions. What a wonderful experience. I had some sweet and spicy Asian wings and they were delicious. My friends tried the Ahi tuna tacos and they looked out of this world. Everyone was more than pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere. We Will be back!

This was our 3rd time here, and this last time, the food was awful. The waiter was a bit off, and he forgot several of our items that we had ordered.

We got wings, ribeye steak, and chicken sandwich. Everything was good and then we got the skillet cookie for dessert and it was delicious! I would definitely go back and eat there again when I’m in town.

The kitchen sink oysters will make you slap your mama lol. I enjoyed everything. Nice setting great outdoor seating our waitress was very helpful too will definitely be back.

Deserves more than 5 stars!! Our servers were attentive and friendly to our 20 person party. Our food was delicious...kitchen sink oysters, fresh oysters, grouper sandwich, wings and grouper bites. Out first visit but won't be our last.

Thanks to Google Maps we found this restaurant. We travel with our dog Peaches (we found her in Albany, GA on Rte 133 near a peach orchard) so we always call ahead to ask if a restaurant has outside seating that allows dogs.
Thank GOD they did!! The oysters were the biggest and best I have ever had😊❤.

Some of the best grilled oysters I've ever had they have a great beer selection with a signature Firegrill beer on tap AWESOME !!!
