This place is awesome, specially if you have athletic kids. My son has grown and has benefit from Hammer Smith tremendously. We love the environment and the well training receive from them. They know what they do very well. My son has performed better then ever with his sport. My son has been part of this since 2020 and his confidence level has gone up as well. All of the coaches here are so loving, professional, attentive and always have a smile on their face. I cannot express how we love this place and how much has not just my son learn but myself as well. This is the best gym for your kid so do not hesitate to bring them here.

I have gone to Hammer Smith Sports several times because I KNOW they delivery results. When I was preparing to attend Air Force Officer Training School they ensured I was more than prepared physically to get through training...and I did so with an excellent rating!! They are the best in the industry at creating an environment where anyone from a professional athlete to a Mom wanting to get back into shape will achieve more than they expected. Highly recommend them!!

All the coaches at Hammersmith are very professional and they have had a great reputation for getting results with the athletes they work with. They have a proven model that gets results.

What I like as much as their model is that my son isn't "just a number" to them. The coaches engage with him and have gotten to know him: what his strengths and weaknesses are, and what motivates him. They care about his overall development - not just physically, but also developing intangibles like his mental toughness.

Its just been a great experience and well worth the investment!

My boys have been going here for almost 3 years. I have been recommending many of my friends children here. They have a great experience & they have improved dramatically in all aspects. They also are very connected with the community and have thus far made great recommendations regarding football teams, private coaching for specific positions , and advice on being a student athletes. It’s a solid place to send your kids.

Tripp and his staff are great - my son joined his gym back in Feb/March to strength train for his HS swim team and made an immediate connection with Tripp. The team have been great, Tripp and their training program have a long history of success with athletes and Olympians (just had to look around the walls and see all the credentials and testimonies :-) My son has been training with him for a few months now and he's grown, gotten faster in the pool and seeing some gains as a result.
Highly recommend them - easy, down to earth guys who know what they are doing ;-)!!!

I have had the privilege of training with the Smith Family ever since I was 6 years old. I remember at their old facility (CES) was when I truly started to develop as an athlete as well as a soccer player. The amount of care, dedication, discipline, and love that the Coach Tripp, Coach Chip, Coach Zach, Coach Ian, and numerous of others show is incredible. I currently play soccer at a D2 school in Georgia, but I previously was at a D1 school in SC. I can say first hand, the shape and form that I was in for my Freshman and Sophomore season was indescribable. My fitness level, my strength, and even my mindset was on a different level thanks to this family. Now in my Junior year of college, I haven’t had the opportunity to check out their new home, but I’m sure the same hard work and excellence will be expected wherever they are. The environment is perfect if you want to work hard, and get in some great shape. I highly recommend this to any athlete who wants to improve not just in their sport but as an athlete as a whole.

Hammer Smith Sports is the best option for sport specific training in the country. Tripp and staff helped change my daughters life by increasing her strength, speed and more than anything her confidence. My daughter would eventually play division 1softball because of the attention to detail Tripp provided with training. Tripp and staff have trained countless athlete's that have later went on to gain college scholarships and eventually play in the professional leagues. If you are afraid of working hard it may not be the place you are looking for. If you are looking for huge gains and sport specific training it is a must.

Experienced and knowledgeable staff. My son trained at this facility and the results were immediate. They work with all skill levels from children to professional athletes. The trainers at Hammer Smith know exactly what they are doing when it comes to training for strength and speed! Their niche sport seems to be football. But, my 16-year-old baseball player loves this place. The work he put in at Hammer Smith helped lower his 60 time, and increase his exit and throwing velo! Highly recommend for any athlete looking to become stronger and faster.

Tripp provides a great group workout for athletes of all ages. A good combination of strength, speed, and conditioning. He emphasizes education as well as physical drills.

Look No Further! If you ask around, other gyms will say they “compete” with Hammersmith… Yet, Hammersmith is not trying to compete with them! I’ve sent 2 multi sports athletes over 8 yrs to train with Chip, Tripp and the Crew - Easily the best money I’ve ever spent on sports.
