I am a member here at the highest selection. I work in sales and need a clean car always. Car wash does a great job, and when I was vacuuming a specialist came out and offered to clean my mats!! They look amazing compared to what they were at! 5-5 great customer service, fast and easy car wash and while you take your time to clean your car they do not rush you out!!

Highly recommend this car wash!! Best one around!! I bought a monthly membership when they opened and am so glad I did. The wash is amazing, the vacuum station is wonderful and you can use cleaner they provide (I recommend buying a towel) and the customer service is outstanding. Zahir is incredible!! He has washed my mats for me, always offers to help, and has a smile on his face every time I see him. Go get yourself a membership, you won’t be sorry!!

Took my car in a few days ago and the crew here was absolutely incredible. Every question i asked was answered clearly and concisely, and through the whole transaction, i had the feeling that the manager truly cares about helping his customers. The employee i spoke with, Kidd, specifically, was as kind and helpful as i could ever hope a service worker to be. Highly suggest checking them out! Would recommend this place to anybody who wants a full 5 star cleaning.

One of the best car washes in louisville. The guys that run the place are always super nice & always offer to wash off your rubber mats while you vacuum (free vacs that have suction power like no other)

I drive a 2021 Nissan Titan. Out of all the car washes that I've ever gone through all of them leave one part of my truck unclean. Whistle gets it all. Javi, Dae, Kai were amazing. Javi came and asked me if I wanted my mats washed. That was a free and a complementary service I did not expect. 20 stars from me I will always choose whistle over any other car wash. In love with this car wash! First go through and it was almost perfect. The vacuums are amazing and the staff are so helpful and nice. This car wash has been a favorite for years. Even though this one is new to the area, I’ve used the company for such a long time.

I always come to this car wash since they have been open but tonight was a great experience. Jordan and Deandre has fantastic customer service. They seen that I was vacuuming my rubber floor mats and offer to spray them off for me. I tried to tip them but they insisted on a Google review. Great job gentlemen ! Service was quick and very good. The attendants keep things moving an explain very well. Purchase is easy and our car looked amazing after. We had a free visit this time! Normal car wash is 24.00

I cannot share enough good things about this car wash. Not only do they have spectacular quality of car wash and vacuums. The folks there really went above and beyond. After I locked my keys and phone inside my car, Lucas an employee and absolute rockstar lent me his cell phone to find a locksmith, and then offered me such great service and hospitality. Every staff member checked on me often, including the manager, Jordan. They were so kind and caring and friendly. They brightened my day on a very frustrating (through every fault of my own) afternoon. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help and thoughtfulness.

Loved this place! They have free vacuums, towels, and spray cleaner with purchase of a wash. Dallas and Jordan made the experience exceptional by washing our mats for us and scrubbing in our tire shine! Will be back regularly for sure :)

Our favorite car wash in town! The staff are all professional and super helpful, my car has never been cleaner. A car wash membership is the best money I spend in a month, my kids destroy our car with snacks and the small vacuum attachment gets in all the crevices to clear the crumbs.

Checked out several local car washes before deciding to join the monthly membership here. The guys are always so friendly, and they make sure to manually hit all the dirtiest spots before the car goes through the wash. It’s awesome with my SUV. Lucas even helped me put air in my tire over the weekend because I had a low air alert. Great staff and great car wash!

I saw the advertisement for a free car wash while driving pass, which I was long over due for. After proceeding from the automatic wash, while vacuuming the inside of my car a young man politely approached me and offered to wash/dry my mats, he also provided me with a rag for both interior/exterior. My car looks and smells amazing!! I rate my overall service and experience a 10/10! I will definitely be back❤

Best car wash experience I've ever had. Very quick and efficient. Id like to shout out your employee Aidan, he was very hard at work completing multiple tasks at once while still helping us. He was very friendly and helped us during the car wash itself, vacuuming, cleaning our glass, and cleaning the floor mats. Give this kid a few extra bucks, he deserves it. Best car wash in the city by far, will 100% be back.

I went here for a free ceramic wash coupon, and was actually really impressed! For an auto wash it actually got my truck pretty clean, the employees also scrubbed it down really well before I went in, the air freshener they gave me smells incredible, and the vacuums were really strong. My only complaint is I didn't see any towels available. I had some of my own, but that would be a lot nicer to have if I didn't bring my own. Definitely will be going back though! There are so many car washes popping up in Louisville, I've tried them all. What sets these guys apart is their top tier customer service and quality control. There's a particular gentleman named Jordan who always follows up at the end of the wash to ensure the customer is satisfied. You don't get that anywhere else. I've slid through a few times and always come out clean.
