Kroner Dry Cleaners

Kroner has been great! We own a business in Mt. Adams and use Kroner for our Dry Cleaning. They text us when the order is done which is extremely helpful. They have done a great job fixing torn garments and are always so friendly. I highly recommend them!

I am highly disappointed and feel took advantage of by Kroners dry cleaning I am a person that likes expensive things so with me knowing that about myself it becomes very hard to find a good dry cleaners and hard to trust my things in the hands of any dry cleaners I took my 1200 dollar balenciaga hoodie to Kroners along with a 400 dollar amiri trucker style hat both came back ruined my balenciaga hoodie came back a different tint of orange my hat was faded and smashed and balled up totally out of shape I was told they could “fix” both items I was curious as to how that was going to be done being that the current condition was in such bad shape I left both items with them to attempt to correct even after almost a month back with Kroners both items again came back in same exact condition that they where in when I returned with the items these items were both sentimental to me this was a very traumatic experience and I will no longer be a customer of Kroners do not let them clean your expensive items is my advice
