Aspen Dental

Had a tooth pulled last year. Went back last week to Florence but was unable to get in. The receptionist Brittany was super nice and help set up financing and an appointment for today to have 3 extractions. Seen Dr Liggit. Everything went great. He and the assistant talked me through the entire process. Some pain of course but minimal. I strongly encourage any one seeking dental work to go to.Aspen. very affordable and the staff are amazing!

Other than when appointment got rescheduled because they had an emergency that they had to do when it was supposed to be my visit. It's been pleasant. They got it done and I have zero complaints. Nice people. Got my 6-month cleanup scheduled already

I was very scared of fearing shameful as I had not had dental care in many years. The staff was so kind, and encouraging I actually left in a positive mood. Some people have complained about a lack of privacy due to the nature of the building, but the staff are all so great you don’t even notice

I thank them for making my first experience back to dental one that was positive, and I’m looking forward to receiving regular care from them

Being terrified of the going to the dentist and unfriendly staff I was nervous to go to a new place. I am very happy that I found Aspen dental. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and I left with there with everything I needed, and future appointments scheduled. Kevi was so kind and did a great job with my teeth and making sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend! Also, if you are uninsured they will still give you great care, and help you find a payment plan that works for you. Ps this was at the Newport location.

I went to Aspen Dental in Newport to see if I was a candidate for Motto Aligners. I was very happy with Katelyn and the way she walked me through the entire scanning process. She was very efficient. Then Dr. Liggett saw me and gave me lots of helpful information and answered all of my questions. He was very patient and professional, and I feel very comfortable putting my dental needs in his hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Liggett and his team at Aspen Dental in Newport to anyone looking for awesome people to work with for their dental needs.

Did not have the best experience scheduling, but the actual appointment was great! My 7 year old was really nervous and the hygienist and doctor both spoke to him very compassionately and took great care of him! No complaints!

I was very impressed, I have a huge fear of the dentist and the way Aspen conducts the first appointment really eases that anxiety. The whole staff was amazing and as a non-binary person they made sure to use my correct name so if you are a queer person, this is a safe place to go for dental care ❤

First impressions of a dreaded visit.
Fast.
Clean.
Informative.
Everyone was kind.
I received more concern and care at aspen than other 3 previous dental visits in other dental offices I will not name.
Still more to do but at this point I feel confident in my choice to stay with them.I only wish I could be asleep for my procedure but they do not have this option.
I actually left laughing .inside joke was my Italian faimly ways

And healing with no pain.27 teeth removed !
Healing great received emediate dentures.
Love the look..was painful to wear at first but made it threw.worth it.
#3 visit received excellent care
Quick visits and a soft liner in temp dentures

They are so nice and will answer any questions you might have. I’m terrified of the dentist due to anxiety so for me to feel at ease was a wonderful feeling!

They got me in and put my bottom teeth back together in 2 hrs ! I was able to wear them home today!

Went to the Newport office. Staff was very friendly and caring. The Dentist that removed my daughter's teeth was great. He explained Ed everything as he was doing it and kept checking to see if she was ok.

I have a fear of Dentist. But he was awesome. Calmed my fear and pulled my broke tooth and didn't hurt me. The one in Newport, Kentucky. They are AWESOME, THE WHOLE TEAM!!!

Came in for an emergency appointment with a tooth broken off completely below the gum line, very worried all they would be able to do was schedule an appointment to cut it out. Dentist was able to get it right there without surgery.

The team at Aspen Dental is amazing! So caring, and compassionate. And they told me about services I didn't know anything about which will help me with obtaining my dentures. Olivia was great at taking my impressions, very careful to make sure she did it right. Courtney is exceptional, so caring and she was the one who told me about the services available to me. Dr. Liggett was incredibly patient, explained everything to me throughrally and by the time he was done looking in my mouth and explaining what he saw, I had no further questions!

The office manager was wonderful! And everyone was efficient and wonderfully kind!

Everyone was very professional and very caring and they explained everything as they went and what they did and talked to me about what I could do in the future. And yeah it's a great place, I recommend Okay good okay good enough it.

My first visit was 12-17-19. I suddenly had pain with my 3rd molar out of nowhere. I went in, and x-rays were done. It was a little uncomfortable because my mouth is small so putting the piece in my mouth in different positions to get the images was difficult but I did it. Afterwards I was taken back to a room and a Hygienist came in and did gum checks. I was told I had early Periodontal Disease, and slight bone loss from it so I'd need "Deep Cleaning" treatment to help reverse it. The dentist, Dr. Lincoln, came in and explained the x-rays to me. He was nice, polite and professional. He prescribed me an antibiotic to help quiet my tooth until a root canal could be done.

I was then sent to the financing area, and was told that my out of pocket expense would be a little over $4,000. They have payment plans which is a plus, but everything that day was free for me and I was scheduled to come back for deep cleaning the following week and had 2 sessions before my root canal (01-31-20), each were $76.

Pros:
- App availability showing your next visit.
- They call to remind you of your appointment.
- Clean.
- Payment options for VISA, Mastercard, etc.

Cons:
- Hygienist isn't always there. You may have to reschedule.
- Not able to do root canals, will refer you

I was able to get an appointment the same day for a loose tooth in my dentures. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and professional. I felt the cost was reasonable.

They were very professional and the response was quick to get us in. Dr. Liggett and his staff were very friendly and supportive.
