Went in to Cricket to get a new phone, Ailin was super sweet very helpful, understood everything I wanted (I'm complicated) and was very patient also I'm a handful too!! Stephanie was very sweet knowledgeable and funny. Definitely coming back .. lovely store super clean smelled like fabuloso!!! Luis is awesome. Went to another store yesterday to help my brother in law move cricket and the lady wouldn't help us. So I had to do ALL the work. Came to this store and had everything he needed and got everything handled and it was so ez and he was so funny, helpful, and had so much know how. When my sister is ready to move over we will be coming back here.

I left sprint, maybe one of the happiest days of my life and went to cricket. This was the best location by far with their customer service and explaining in detail what you’ll be charged over your 3 or 12 month span. Omega and Natalie helped me get set up and a new phone. They backed my phone up and made sure i had all my important info and kept my same number. unbelievable customer service. thanks a lot
