Love Becky and her staff, they made the transition of moving so much easier helping us with moving to a place closer to home! She helped us find a unit just the right size mid small size and location close to easier access and hold it for a few days while we could physically make the move to begin our lease. We love the ease of the facility and the convenience of their office hours and the way she manages the facility with great customer service with a genuine caring attitude!

I have had the best experience with Extra Space Storage in Covington, KY! I have used them multiple times and I am happy and satisfied each time with the best customer service! I wish everyone was as easy to work with as Martina! She is amazing, and made it a piece of cake! Thank you, again!

Cada ( not sure if I spelled her name right) was absolutely amazing and very polite and helped me get a storage. She gave me a lot of good information and explained everything very well. Highly recommend her!!

Fantastic storage facility. I did my research against the competitors and this is the best bang for the buck. I was storing a lowered car and after assigning me a certain unit that has a slant in the ground which would cause my car to scrape going into the unit, they changed me to a unit where the ground was level completely hassle free. Couldn’t recommend this facility enough.
