My son just went this morning because he has been having bad tooth pain. He immediately removed the tooth along with a wisdom tooth that was in the way and he said it was painless. He was very impressed and plans on using him as his dentist for now on.

I LOVE this dentist office! I have been going here for about 8 years and the staff is so nice. The office is clean and neat.

Dr. Peterson has retired now. There is a new dentist coming soon. The hygienist has been there for around 30 years and always does an amazing job!!!!

If you need a good dental team to take care of your family, make an appointment and start a journey to take good care of your teeth! They do x rays, cleaning, fillings, root canals, crowns and various other dental procedures.

I hear they are about to remodel the building so there are some changes coming! I am excited to see them!

Today was my first visit here for a cleaning to to have severe tooth pain diagnosed. I had previously been dismissed by other dentists as having typical tooth sensitivity issues and gave me Sensodyne. I had been living with severe pain daily for almost 4 years at this point. I could not chew on that side or drink anything other room temperature drinks for 4 years.

I went in today, I waited a fraction of the time I thought I would wait and did an initial consult with the hygienist. She listened to me. I was astounded. She took my X rays and saw a shadow so she took a couple more and found a large pocket of severe decay that had been missed by at least 2 previous dentists.

Even more amazing, the dentist came in shortly thereafter and offered to do the extraction immediately due to risk of spreading infection.

You guys. I just drank an ICE cold water. Thank you Dr. Kirkland and staff. You are amazing.

I work with foster kids and Dr.Peterson's office has always been wonderful to work with. They see our kids as soon as they can and are always very friendly.

I think it is worth stating that the comment before mine cracks me up. The reason it is a HIPPA violation is because they are not in "rooms". All of the patients can be seen when you go back. It is also standard practice for a dentist to not allow parents in the back. They seem to make it worse when a child is afraid. You will never convince a parent of this but it is true. It is the parent that can't "let go" not the child, in most cases.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DENTIST EVER!!
I HAD 2 FILLINGS DONE (that I paid 400$ for)... well the last appt I had was end of March & a couple days ago I realized I wasn't able to floss where 1 filling was. So i called DR. PETERESENS & THEY SET UP AN APPT FOR 9:15. Call the day beforehand & say their compressor is broken & need to reschedule to 10:15. That's fine to me... the later the better. Well when I get there they basically tell me that it could've been my fault when I ate something or bit down to hard. I couldn't believe how dishonest it was to try & deflect their mistake back on me. I couldnt floss between those teeth bc of the filling he put in. Then try & manipulate or scare me into coming back after I said i didnt think there was a chance I'd be back after having to get a new filling put back in. I'm deathly scared of needles, hospitals, dentists offices ( became one after this encounter). Anyways I had to go through that whole process again... they didnt offer to do anything to help fix or compensate for the mistake they made besides fixing the filling which I'm grateful for. Don't get me wrong. I feel like I may have me them mad by not coming back because after tbjz I noticed he was being kinda careless or just getting me back is what it felt like but he kept hitting my front teeth which there little tool. He is the one I'm upset with. He discredited me but I get that in case of malpractice suits he can't admit guilt but in his heart I'm sure he knows. The ladies that work there are nice though. Sorry I just had to let people in community know this dentist is not good one.

I have only been to this office twice to bring my daughter in for a checkup, and I must say that the doctor himself appears to be professional, but his staff has much to be desired.

First off, they do not seem to be familiar with the HIPPA policies, This is part of the reason why I am now officially looking for a new dentist. They are also quite rude and don't know how to work with young children.

Second, the office is so incredibly small people are walking all over each other to get to where they are going.

The third and final strike was when they refused to allow me back to accompany my 6-year old daughter to her dental checkup. I have my reservations about sending my daughter, who has never been away from me (she's even homeschooled) into the back offices of a strange place with strange people. This was only the second time she had been to the dentist, and she was still a bit frightened. I tried to go to the back with my child, and they stopped me and told me it was against HIPPA policy to have me back there.

HIPPA is a special information safeguard to keep patient records confidential. I AM HER MOTHER. I gave birth to her. I know all about her. I left with my child when my attempts to reason with the nurse proved fruitless. I then attempted to contact the doctor while later at home, and got a nurse instead, who called me later in the afternoon and did not once apologize for anything, nor tell me much. This is another reason I am finding a new dentist. He disassociates with his patients unless they are in the office by not returning phone calls himself. He simply passed the message on to someone else.

I also contacted a lawyer and asked about HIPPA policy, and I was told that it was not against HIPPA policy to have a mother in a room with a minor child during an exam.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS DENTIST'S OFFICE. SHELL OUT AND GO TO A NICER PLACE. IT WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF TROUBLE.

I came here to get a filling one day and they did not seem very professional and getting a filling is not supposed to hurt but yeah It did hurt very badly to where I was crying after I don’t think they put enough numbing cream and stuff like that like they were supposed to don’t come here it seems sketchy anyways.

Called the dentist office told them what insurance I had confirmed they accepted it. Took off from work and went to the appointment sat in the office for over an hour before they decided to tell me they don't take my insurance.
