Great place. The new managers have really improved the stores variety and atmosphere. Plus some of the best meat cutters and deli personal in the area.

I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else to get my birthday or holiday cakes! I love this woman and let me say she knocked it out of the park!!! I mean I would have expected to pay upwards of $100 for this at a bakery. PLEASE GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS FOR ANY KIND OF CAKES DONT OVER PAY! She does impeccable work for a price we can all afford!!!

I love, love, love Food City! Every time i visit this store (which is quite often) i have an enjoyable experience. A couple weeks ago, i was pushing my buggie back out to the car when a glass bottle of Worcestershire sauce fell out on the pavement and shattered. Well, i stopped to pick up the mess and the cart guy told me he would take care of it and not to worry, so i proceeded to load my trunk with my groceries and the cart guy walked up and handed me a bottle of Worcestershire to replace the one I had broken! How thoughtful was that?? Also, the stores are always clean and the produce is fresh and the prices are a bargain! I highly recommend Food City.

The excellent customer service I received earned them 5 stars from me. This particular store is located within 5 minutes of my office in Chattanooga so I frequent this location on my lunch. Today I stopped in for a sandwich and was waiting in line behind a few other customers. The lady at the service desk noticed me and called me over to ring me up so I didn’t have to wait long. A huge thank you from me to you!

I do all my grocery shopping here! They Always have everything my family loves and i need. I love seeing their smiling faces! Thank you to nikki for making sure i found everything i was looking for my sons birthday party!

They have a small bakery, a deli, sell lottery & beer & give more cash back on your cards than most places. You can pay local bills at customer service. However Pharmacy staff was rude and definitely Not helpful.

I stopped in to grab my weekly groceries and had a great experience. The store is small but well organized with friendly cashiers.

Very clean, well stocked, abundance of choices of similar products and helpful, genuine friendly employees therefore I rate the facility with the highest of stars .

They got quick service and good deli food

I love it there. Everyone has great attitude most of the time. Everyone knows just about where every thing is that you need. Customer service is fast and easy. Manger and sales and service is great. I love getting fresh cooked and warm food. Police patrols regularly so don't park where is says no parking. Only if someone is in the driver's seat or you'll get a $250 parking violation. They're all the same. Well OK that's enough for me.

What does one say when you find the perfect place that seams to be in the know for sure about all our wants, needs and everything? I hate going here because I spend way more then I wanted to when going in for bread or soup! I walk out with a grocery buggy full and a smile on my face til I realize I was in there for over an hour because they have such an amazing selection! One great store no doubt about it! The deals keep me going back and couldn't ask for a nicer staff then the ones working here!

Still a great place to go staff is always friendly store is always clean there's always plenty of good parking if you ask for help you will receive it they are very knowledgeable pay attention to the flyer for the best deals the food City brand is normally just as good as the main brand.

Usually around 7 they have longer check out lines. Probably when people are on there way home and stop by there. But the store is clean and the people that works there are friendly.

Food City is my closest local grocery store. I love it. They have everything I need at relatively cheap prices. There are certain things I shop at Walmart or Save-a-Lot for but the majority of my shopping is done at Food City. Most of the associates are friendly with a few exceptions but they are always willing to help. Great store, great experiences.

Excellent Selection of Products and cheaper groceries than Chattanooga, TN. Due to the store being in Georgia.
Had plenty of cashier's at checkout lanes!
