My daughter recently had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Keith Jackson at Mountain Lakes Medical Center outpatient surgery center. We had traveled over 2 hours each way from Marietta GA to Clayton GA to have Dr. Jackson perform this procedure. We had no prior experience with Mountain Lakes Medical Center. We were very pleased with the care my daughter received by Dr. Jackson and his surgical team. The surgery center was outstanding. Each member of the team took time to talk to my daughter before the surgery and during recovery to make sure she was comfortable and connect with her personally. They also took extra care to ensure my daughter’s comfort during her 2 hour ride home after surgery. Billing and payment processing was fair and facilitated. I highly recommend this surgery center!

Took my 9 yr old daughter in this evening , friendly , caring and thorough staff.in the front We waited maybe 5 minutes before being put Into a room. . A big thank you to the nurse Garrett who was super caring, friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable and cared for . We waited about 10 minutes and Dr. Adeogun Adebola MD came in ; friendly thorough and informative.
I couldn't have ask for better staff and better care for my daughter!

My husband is from Clayton and we are here visiting. I had to been seen at MLMC last night and I had by far the most compassionate, caring ER physician I have ever encountered. Dr. Dukes went above and beyond to make sure he ruled out anything emergent and still made sure to treat my pain and discomfort. The front desk staff and my nurse were also great.

Dr Joshua L. Was the best doctor I've seen at this hospital since Dr. Findley 40 years ago. I was treated with upmost professionalism. I highly recommend this new doctor with 100,% guarantee satisfaction in all areas.

The ER staff and Radiology Technicians are TOP FLIGHT! I went there July 13, 2022 because my shoulders, chest and neck were very painful. Having had no recent injuries, ER Dr. Joshua Bailey went to work to determine the cause. He ordered an ultrasound, bloodwork and CT scan. These tests shows the cause is breast cancer and mass on my lungs. I’d like to add that I’ve been seen by several Florida doctors in my hometown and none of them caught this tragic decease. I am thankful that the ER doctors and radiology staff were unrelenting in their search for a diagnosis, the patience they showed and the tender care they provided. I will forever be in their gratitude.

The staff is so sweet, and very quick. When I got into my room the nurse noticed I was cold (I had a stomach bug) the first thing they did was bring me a warm blanket & meds for my nausea. They really made me feel welcome and made me feel as if I were family. Also, I have a fear of needles and they got my IV in & out with little to NO pain. I was truly impressed. I was only there for 2 hours and when I left I was feeling significantly better. I’m so thankful they were able to diagnose me & get me feeling better within hours. I’ll defiantly be recommending Mountain Lakes to my family & co-workers. Again, thank you.

My brother’s girlfriend and my newborn nephew got into an accident and the rabun county EMS sent them out with the same car seat from accident and the doctor Joshua Linebaugh went and bought her a brand new car seat so she didn’t have to worry. Man lakes thank you so much.

I had the unfortunate necessity of visiting the ER two days ago. I'd hiked a strenuous trail the day before, and had some painful and shallow breathing afterward that persisted, and it had worsened by that morning. The receptionist at urgent care measured my oxygen saturation at 89% and didn't even bother any further, but sent me to the ER. I've never received such rapid and competent care from an ER. Everything they did was in a logical sequence, done with uncommon speed, made perfect sense, and they kept me informed all along the way. Turns out I apparently had asymptomatic double walking pneumonia (!) before embarking on the hike! With treatment, I was much improved within a few hours. I was impressed by the quality of attention I received, and I don't give such high praise lightly or very often. Almost never in fact. Thanks, y'all.

My husband came to the emergency room with a blocked intestine. They got him straight in and the nurses evaluated him. The nurses and Doctor were very professional and the experiance was made as comfortable as possible. I am very picky because I am a nurse.

Came into emergency at 8am for left side arm pain , shortness of breath. They took me in immediately, saw Dr Rippy within ten minutes. The hospital is super clean, all equipment is new. Nurses were more than pleasant and the food was good. Cafe food was excellent and reasonably priced. All in all a good stay.

Mom is 85 and fell last Tuesday night. 911 was called and she was transferred by ambulance to Habersham County Emergency Room within minutes. She was in severe pain on her left thigh and X-Rays and CT Scan were done. They were reviewed by their specialists with no problems found. She was released so we took her home the next day.

That day and through the night we were working with her to get her back to walking. She kept saying how bad the pain was, but we insisted she keep pressing on but the pain was too severe. Since we knew there were no broken bones, we insisted she keep trying to walk.

The next day we decided to take her to Mountain Lakes Medical Center in Clayton for further evaluation. She was admitted into the hospital for a concern with her blood condition, so they followed up and requested the records from Habersham County be sent to them for their records. The records arrived the next evening.

As the PA and staff at Mountain Lakes Medical Center was reviewing the records for input into the computer, they noticed a problem. The left femur was clearing broken. Within minutes our family was notified and she was transferred to Northeast Georgia in Gainesville where she is now. Within a few hours she went through surgery to fix the damage. The surgeon said it was actually in considerably worse condition than the CT and X-Ray had revealed.

The surgery was yesterday and she is much better already. Many THANKS to Mountain Lakes Medical Center.

Over the holidays, I decided that giving was more than just presents. I just received an email from the American Red Cross that said my blood donation in Atlanta(Roswell, actually) was sent to your hospital. How cool is that, right! So glad to see that this looks like a state of the art hospital serving your area.

I was taken here by ambulance, the staff here was great. I spent my entire visit in the emergency room and felt so comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful and understanding. They were quick to help with pain and gave the best care.

Greatest hospital experience I have ever had. I called before coming for an emergency with my 5 year old and they had a room waiting for us as soon as we walked in. Also so clean and beautiful. GREAT GREAT GREAT STAFF. From the register nurse to the doctor.

Weekend emergency. I was most impressed with the care given by Dr. Dukes and staff. Professional and prompt. My diagnosis was totally different than I expected. Thank you!

Needed ER and saw the doctor in 10 minutes. Ended up being admitted and was well taken care of. If you have to go to the hospital Mountain Lakes is the place to go.

Mu husband & I came on a Sunday. He had an AWFUL toothache. They took him right in and nurses hi Dr was FANTASTIC. This hospital is where you need to. Go. Much better care even if we're nc Medicaid. Thank You!!
