Adams Hearing Aid Specialist

This was my first purchase of hearing aids so I had a lot of questions, and frankly reservations. Chris Adams was very considerate and thorough in going over my hearing situation and my options. He offered me the opportunity to take home and try two different hearing aids at different price points for several days each so that I could make an informed decision. Having no experience with hearing aids I really had no idea what to expect or that after wearing them for a period of time both the hearing aid and my brain would adjust to each other. This "test drive" let me make the right decision for the long term because there was a HUGE difference in how the two models worked for me and I knew afterward that I would have been unhappy in the long run if I had chosen my first option. Chris also worked with me to get everything just right and comfortable as well. No high pressure sales, just client care!

Took my 94 yrs young father to see Chris Adams with 6 hearing aids of various makes in non working condition.Everyone wearing masks inside and outside where our non contact temperatures were taken.Very courteous staff.Departed with all h/aids working and wallet still happy.Veterans are most welcomed here.Very highly recommended! 08/04/2020

Felt like I was buying a used car. Testing was not at all professional. Was done sitting across the guy at the desk. Loud noises from front office. The price comes down a bit after your told the high price. But you will have to sit there a bit and look like you just were told your going to be a daddy and you are not even with a person. Then the price magically comes down a bit. The aides were set up wrong. After doing some extensive research. I bought a pair online that are great and we’re 2800.00 cheaper.
