Locally owned shop that’s great for a small town nerd crawl. Tabletop adventure games and some board games as well. Staff was super friendly and our tribe had fun looking through the books and trying out some of the toys.

Love the assortment and charm here. We were visiting on vacation and let the kids pick out an item each and we got some nice travel games and easy watercolors that are great for traveling ❤❤

Visited the store on 12/27/2022 while on vacation. My daughter wanted a specific slime that we saw the store had in stock so we drove 4 hours out of our way on blind faith and I’m so glad we did. This was the most adorable toy store EVER! The view and the town was so quaint and I absolutely loved everything about it. The staff that day was EXCEPTIONAL. We were assisted but they didn’t hover and they answered questions about anything we asked and the prices were actually reasonable compared to other shops like this. Will 1000% be back next time we head to the mountains. 10/10 would recommend!

The selection is great in the toy store. But, more importantly, the staff is extra friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In particular, Molly was excellent at customer service and explaining some games to us. Great salesperson that is not pushy but sells by educating the customer on the fun and benefits of particular games and age appropriateness. Well done!

Stopped by the store last week. Gabriel was very helpful; asked us about the games we currently play and suggested Karma. This game has been a great success with the whole family.

We absolutely loved our visit to Blue Ridge Toys! As adults with no children, we often enjoy popping into unique toy stores to check out the latest offerings and revisit our childhood. Blue Ridge Toys fulfilled this wish and then some! They have unique and smart toys; toys that suit all sorts of interests and personalities. I would love for my niece and nephew to go and plan on a return visit just to bring them, because I think Blue Ridge Toys would be heaven on earth for them.

The store itself is beautiful and welcoming. It's bright and open, and each unique display, both along the walls and in the center of the store, draws you into the heart and soul of the store, making you feel truly like a kid again. My husband and I especially loved the board game section of the store and had a great conversation with the owner about all the amazing board game selections they have. He recommended a game that we were able to purchase and cannot wait to play, but we would have gladly bought many of the other games he recommended...his friendliness and enthusiasm were infectious and will definitely make us repeat customers in the future.

I highly recommend this store for a fun, unique, and welcoming experience in the beautiful town of Clayton.

I go to this shop as much for myself as for my kids, if we’re being honest. My kids can stay an hour or longer each visit, and are encouraged to look, touch, and play with everything. The majority of Birthday and Christmas comes from here, since the quality is so good and the toys so unique. The owners are fun and passionate about their own love of toys and love of growing kids’ imaginations. The book selections and game selections are some of the most unique I’ve seen. Love love love this store.

My kids and I are always excited to shop at this wonderful little toy store any chance we get. We play and explore the wide variety of well thought out toys and games. There is always something new, different, and fun. The owner is super friendly and helpful in finding the perfect gift for any child, big or small. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they take the time to help you and answer questions. When Santa was in a pinch, the owner worked with me to make Christmas magic happen! This toy store helps out on every occasion Valentines ✔, Easter bunny ✔, Birthday party ✔, Rewards for exceptionally good behavior ✔✔.....the list goes on. This little town is lucky to have this local, family owned store!

We love Blue Ridge Toys! In addition to the well stocked inventory of cool toys, the customer service here is top notch. Every time we go in we are greeted warmly by the owner Sandra. She really knows her stuff! She can help you figure out just the right toy, game or book for the little people in your life. Great selection of educational toys, and something for every budget. Plus she is always getting new inventory. This place is such a wonderful part of our little town.

My kids absolutely love coming to Blue Ridge Toys! We drive up from Atlanta several times a year as a special treat for our children. The toys are all exceptional quality - as though they have been handpicked to last. The owners and staff are amazing and exhibit impressive knowledge about their products. They make each child feel important and spend extra time assuring questions have been answered. I have never been to a toy store any where else that values their customers and provides such a kid-friendly environment. We highly recommend Blue Ridge Toys to any of our friends traveling through North Georgia and to our friends throughout Atlanta. It is worth the drive to find such a magical place for kids!

My wife and I absolutely loved this cute little shop. They did not have a huge selection of toys, but what they did have was wonderful. They even had a small section of board games that was surprisingly impressive, which included games like Scythe, Dice Forge, and even some tabletop RPG supplies. Both of the staff working were extremely kind and helpful. One of them actually got a few games out to demo them with us. By far one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a store. Definitely going to be visiting here anytime we are in town.

Blue Ridge Toys in the heart of Clayton, Georgia is a destination toy shop. This family owned and operated small business has recaptured the lost bliss of a classic toy store. As avid board game junkies, my family, with older teens, goes for the unique board games alone. This fun shop comes with its own “Game Queen” (It’s what we like to call her) who patiently demos games to our hearts content. Now, we won’t buy games anywhere else. Visiting Blue Ridge Toys is an experience that will not disappoint and you will leave as friends.

A great store filled with things for all ages! Great varieties of educational toys and games. You will find things here that you can't find in your typical toy store. Great location. Surrounded by many other great businesses. The owner is very outgoing and explains everything with great detail. She is always looking for new and unique items for her store.

I have purchased games, toys, and crafts for my kids and others for many different occasions.The owners are very friendly and active in the community and bring new experiences for all ages! A friend of mine recommended their local toy store, Blue Ridge Toys, to buy my board games online, but after viewing their online store i found i could purchase Gundam plastic models and some were cheaper than on Amazon! They have an almost excessive amount of shipping options and i got my Friday order a few days later on Tuesday. I was very pleased with my shopping experience and even bought one of their hats since i liked their logo so much. I would definitely shop again, highly recommend!
