This location is always under staffed , some days there are only 3 - 4 employees; running the location, however, always friendly , professional and courteous! And NO complaints here about the food !

Best McDonald's around. Franklin, Sylva, Asheville, Cornelia, and Murphy doesn't come close to this McDonald's. Keep it up y'all.

i’ve been here twice now while visiting the clayton area and this is the best mcdonald’s i have ever been to. the people are nice and the food always tastes fresh and hot. i’m always amazed at how this mcdonalds differs from others i’ve been to!

Drive thru was fast efficient and food was hot only complaint is I was served old fries.

Great place, love the automated order kiosk.
But the food is same old junk.

In the past there have been “opportunities “ here. Over the last 2 months I have seen a tremendous positive change. I usually order a coffee when I start my day but to be honest the service has been fantastic, friendly and has 100% exceeded any expectations I have had in the past. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food taste fresh. My double cheeseburger was actually good ya'll!

Our entire order was correct . Employees were very nice & seemed like they were happy to be at work, Food was fresh.

Staff was friendly and polite. Food was up and ready even though they were about to close for the night. Food was almost prepaid right but twice missed removing item from burger I don't like. But no biggie.

The internet was down so anything computerized didn't work. Manager gave us cokes and ice cream. We always stop there when coming home from camping. Always great!

We have never had any issues here. I've seen the reviews. Our food has always been fresh and correct. Friendly staff who has always accommodated all of our special order requests. There is this one young man that works the back drive thru that is really nice and funny. He would make a great radio announcer.

We stopped here on way back from the mountains. The service was nice and everything was made perfect and pretty quick. The bathrooms could of used a cleaning but this McDonalds is better than most.

This was the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was better than what I've had at other McDonald's. We had multiple orders to pick up, and one was a little complicated. They got everything right, and they did it quickly.

Love this McDonald's! It's clean, bathrooms are clean, it's always the perfect temp inside. I've had to wait a bit to get my food before but that's rare-the staff actually seems to like their job so thing are usually moving rite along. The food is always good, plenty of parking, a small outdoor seating area--come visit!

Like any other McDonald's, the food was as expected. Good value for my money. But the staff made my experience here was tremendous! Special thanks to Arielle who made me feel welcome and didn't laugh at my odd requests but instead smiled and helped anyway she could.

Everything was as good as any other McDonald's
