Great local company where you can still talk to a competent real person face to face. The TV commercials with lizards and goofy people are charming but when you call the 800 number or hit the web-site, the service is always poor. The Richardsons saved me about $3,000 a year on a bundled home and auto policy over my previous agent/carrier. I'm currently working with them on insurance for other business interest and they are doing a great job, just like with my personal policies.

This company has saved me lots of money. They have always been SO helpful. The homeowners policy I had jumped way up when it came to renew. Laura went to bat and found me a great policy even less money than the original policy. Then when it came to renew again, I goofed and forgot to pay it. I called Laura and she immediately got me reinstated. They are so helpful and nice to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. They are terrific.

Tom and Laura will shop around to find the cheapest insurance prices for your needs. They are always available through text or email and are a great resource for insurance based questions. When we moved here from out of state, they helped us navigate the changes between West Virginia and Georgia. We are now in the process of buying a home and they have been extremely helpful through this next step in life.
