Mega Star Food Mart

I go to this store everytime I come to Georgia. Im always looking for Ginger when I come in, because that lady is awesome. She always makes me feel welcome and always calls me by name. She takes it upon herself to get to know her customers and the things they need. She always has a smile on her face and always makes me laugh. No matter what she is doing, she greets every person who walks in the door. There are alot of other stores around there and I make it a point to go to this store just to see her. I love coming in and seeing her, especially when Im having a bad day, because she always makes me smile. I dont know about other people, but I would rather go to a store where the people are good to you rather for cheaper prices. Which I have to say, their prices are not bad at all, but thats not the reason I go there. So to sum it all up, if your ever in Georgia, close to Mega Star store #5, stop by there to get the things you need and say hello to Ginger. You will be treated like family.

It's Friday 6:50am June 30 your supposed to be open but it seems like who ever works here just locked the door and left that's weird

The amount of trash that the employees let pile up around the pumps is disheartening and I realize that Rossville has a litter problem but this is my go to gas station so when it looks like this it makes me never want to come back. They take no pride in this gas station at all and let trash pile up on the ground.

The blonde and the other girl that were working today at about 3:30 this afternoon are quite possibly the most disgusting humans I have ever met. This lady came in the store and politely asked to use the restroom,nothing else. This female,because we won’t call her a woman,said no you can’t. It’s out of order,it wasn’t. The poor girl says ok thank you and dropped her head and walked out. Those two cashiers looked at each other and began laughing. I’ve never been more disappointed in humanity than this 🥺😕

It was a terrible experience.I am from Roane co.and was traveling down rossvilletblvd.to find a place open for a restroom stop.we stopped at the Mega Star which was not open at the time but the sign said it opened at 5:30.However the young man inside didn't open the doors till after five thirty and that was to step out and smoke and feed the black car that was outside,I asked are you ooen,he replied yes when im done,so my husband and I waited till he was done smoking and as i was going in I reied,I am a manager,if I had been as rude to one of them as you were me I wud feel bad,he said there was a gas station down the road,I said I am not from the area and i have stopped here for years.eleven to be exact.he started cussing me and o said thats real good im a lady and o am pregnant and just need ro use the restroom he then repied i dont care what youbare birch get off my property,I asked for the owners name and he said my grandfather.I sure wud like to talk to his grandfather and assssk him what made him so nasty to customers.please respond to this msg.I will contact BBB otherwise because that was uncalled for.
