I was greeted right upon entering the store and asked if I needed any help. Despite taking a minute to browse, the friendly attendant came from behind the counter to recommend some JRPGs that I had never heard of before. I ended up walking out with a killer deal for a buy one get one free combo, and was given further guidance about an upcoming game title release from the store manager.

The manager informed that the employee was new and on day 4 of training. They both did a great job today and earned favor with a newer customer.

Came in today to check out the fusion Xbox controller. Mikey was very helpful and even saved me $40. I was looking at the new series 3 fusion controller ($89) but he let me know they had a pre owned series 2 for half the price ($39). I decided to go with the used one seeing I wasn’t sure if i was gonna like the controller anyways.

Mikey also let me know GameStop does price match if you can show the total with shipping on Amazon, Walmart , ect. I ending up not renewing my pro member account seeing they raised the price $10.

I will definitely bring my business back to this location knowing Mikey is there and how great of a help he was today.

Logan is the man. Super chill and helpful. I should spend a lot of time writing this review to write proper praise, but I don't feel like it. Just know it's all good.

Ryan and Taylee do an absolutely amazing job running this store! Nathan is always knowledgeable on any game it seems like! This will remain my permanent GameStop due to the employees at this location, thank you everyone for all the help and insight I get every time I go in!

The service was great. Bought a few more items than I came for originally, but they made the home experience more enjoyable.

Went here to shop and gain insight in specific fields, was immediately greeted by Mikey- who provided exceedingly stellar service and answered all my questions without fail. Greatly appreciate the amazing customer experience!

I came in to buy Pokémon cards for a 7 year-old’s birthday. Well I know literally like 2 thinks about Pokémon so I needed help and Mikey was extremely kind and helpful! He made sure I found what I needed and didn’t just buy the most expensive box! I’ll definitely come back!

The staff is friendly and love talking about the latest releases. The wait can be a bit long when someone is trading in a console or a bunch of games, but it's like that at all locations.

Customer service is above and beyond I will only shop at this location from now on, called 10 stores for MW and this location had it and said they would hold it for us. awesome awesome guys thank you!
