I needed a necklace cleaned. The manager cleaned it in a few minutes while I waited.

I needed a battery for a fossil watch.
I called them on the phone after finding them on Google my business And the Lady gave me a fair price over the phone so I drove right over.
A young man met me at the door looked at the watch told me the same price as she did and within five minutes I was done and gone.

They have a lot of fine jewelry and watches. The place was very clean well kept and everyone I spoke with was very courteous.

Bought a limited edition Citizen watch from this location. The staff was nice and patient. I put the item on lay away at no cost and made payments for a few months before finally paying it off. I am definitely going to buy from there again.

My experience with Emory was so awesome. He was patience, engaging and really nice! We came in to look at wedding bands and to recreate an heirloom and we came up with cool ideas and concepts. Although we live super far, once I make a decision I hope to be back!

This is the only place in town I've ever bought a watch although I do take other watches to them occasionally to be repaired and most of the time they don't bother to charge me for small things like a battery sometimes they do but it's the only place I know of to buy a nice walk in Waycross and they have a nice selection of jewelry it's a great location great people it's literally the only place in town for me

If people are fantastic I've been there a few times my grandparents have been there for many years and I bought the most set of watches I found some lovely things that I haven't gotten yet but they've done some repairs it's watch battery placement adjusted bands for me they just incredibly service-oriented

I will never deal with any other jeweler!! This place has been amazing to me. I have recently gotten married and used J Green to create the setting for the engagement ring and they did a fantastic job. My new bride was super satisfied with the ring and I was satisfied with the price and the service. I then purchased two bands to go on either side of her engagement ring and later had all three soldered together. Now, my wife has a beautiful custom made wedding set that shows off the beauty of her stone. She also bought me a couple of wedding bands here and my Masonic ring was purchased here. In every case the service was amazing and any problems encountered were promptly solved without any trouble at all. Seriously, this is the place to go for any jewelry needs and will be the ONLY place I use in the future!

Everyone that works in the waycross store is very nice and polite. Always willing to help you find what your looking for and if they don't have just what your looking for they will find it for you . they never try to push you into buying anything or changing your mine on what you want . they also have a great layaway plane . they always go the extra mile to make you happy . so in my opinion they should be rated. 10 🌟 .

I needed 4 things done: batteries for 2 watches, replace latch on my husband's gold necklace, & repair my husband's broken gold ring. Asked about batteries first & was told $10. apiece. For years this has been a much appreciated free service that definitely brought me back with things I would be paying for, so good customer loyalty idea on their part. I had to decline the $10. batteries, so I moved on to the necklace. It needed to go into the back with the jeweler for observation & cost. That left the ring that was broken in half, and I assumed it needed to be soldered in some fashion. It went to the jeweler, too, so I waited. A few minutes later, another handsome (they're all young & attractive there) young man asked if I needed help. I showed him the watches & told him what the other fellow had said. He quickly said he would take care of them for me (yay!), & he did. Handsome guy # 1 came back with bad news. $75. to replace the latch on the necklace & the ring couldn't be fixed without probably destroying it. I called my sleeping husband to ask if $75. was okay to fix his necklace, but he said he'd have to think about it. Even though I didn't accomplish all I intended to today, I still gave the store 5 stars for: pleasant past experiences there (reducing the size of 5 watchbands, replacing lost diamonds from 2 rings & cleaning them, putting a size reducer in my ring, & of course several free watch batteries), a neat & tidy shop well laid out & in a good location, sincerely friendly & knowledgeable staff, still getting the watch batteries for free, & lots of convenient parking out front. I don't know if we have another jewelry store here in Waycross, but even if we do, I'll stick with this one!

Great business !! We have visited several times for minor watch repairs and they refuse to charge us because of past business -- they really keep customers coming back !! They know about customer satisfaction,,, highly recommended !!

Mr Emory is the best . My son has Autism and Mr Emory just works magic with him. But all of the staff is. Wonderful I have done business there since 1992.

guys , im talking to the guys here ladies , guys , if you need to get something for your special someone ? you need to go here . I was a first time jewelry buyer , and wanted a very specific item ( a charm for a necklace ) nobody had one , couldnt get it in time , or didnt want to , until i walked in this store . the staff was fantastic . especially the lady who took care of me , i dont remember her name , but will never forget her . she knew what she was doing and traced down what i wanted , and had it for me BEFORE i needed it ! a lovely blonde lady , so helpful and nice it relaxed me , i was stupid about jewelry and everything about it , and was gonna walk out if id felt like i did in the other stores id went to . i had my charm the next day , in plenty of time before my girls birthday , and she even cleaned the necklass it was for , for free , and i HAD it already !
if you need jewelry , forget all the other people , go straight here , you cant do better !!! id give it 10 stars , but theres only 5 , and blondie ( im sorry , i dont remember your name , for you , ? 20
