Nice hotel for a great price... The beds was comfortable, the room was clean...nice little breakfast. The best value for the price in florence. The internet worked fine. I would be back to stay at the property.

I cannot be more impressed with this hotel the last time I was here it was not in such great shape but since the new owners have taken over there have been major changes happening here they have a renovating all of the rooms the pool area is being redone and lots of other things the rooms are clean and very nice and comfortable the only thing that I would probably do a little bit more work on would be the breakfast maybe adding yogurt fresh fruits bagels and muffins we give the guest more choices and it would look more appetizing for display there are no bugs in the room and there have not been any police here while I've been here it's been very quiet and they are doing a great job at staying at choice rewards standards so give these guys a chance and come stay here it's a great price and a great hotel

Stayed 3 days and had a great experience! Front desk staff was great! Didn't have a chance to use the indoor pool but it nice and clean and refreshing! Super comfy bed! Great water pressure in the shower which I have really found in a stay. Plenty of restaurants around, some within walking distance on Dream St. And contrary to other reviews, not a roach in sight. It looks like they are working on upgrading the rooms...my sink looked brand new! You can't beat the price and would stay there again if I am in the area!

This place should NOT be only a 2.7 the staff is amazing especially Paul. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they have an indoor pool that is very clean and never crowded. The rooms are up to date, there are some older than others but they are currently working on remodeling every room .. the staff are very friendly with everyone there is breakfast in the morning. And they even work with you on prices. This hotel is very worth the money and it's in a great location

Service was really good. I stayed for a little over two weeks can’t complain about the room. It was just what I needed for myself clean had daily housekeeping and room service if needed. I’ve came back every year always happy with my service I given.

The folks at the desk were very kind and were able to accommodate me and my 3 children the pool was very clean. This stay was affordable and there wasn’t any ratchet mess around or inside the hotel very well maintained would stay again if ever I’m the area

Very pleasantly surprised! Older hotel, very clean, kind, friendly and accomadating staff, good breakfast, (waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy included), quiet, fridge and microwave in room, wifi fast, good water pressure, bathroom fan works great, woke up rested and ready for the day! Best of all: price is right!

best place to get rest the prices not very high and room's are clean and all people are working there very welcoming and nice.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful during my late night check in. The breakfast gravy was better than I thought it would be. The main reason I’m giving 5 stars is the price and the quality of the air conditioner. I love to sleep in a cold room and the ac worked amazing and didn’t pop in and off throughout the night like some other places. The only knock was the tub had some stains on it but seriously for the price what crazy person would complain.

The staff here is very nice and they keep the areas clean. The pool area is always stocked with clean towels, and the breakfast is good. Housekeeping is good, friendly.

I was really enjoying my stay and was thinking about getting in the pool. But they started laughing at me because I kept going outside. I asked what they said and he said oh nothing like the jokes on me. I'm to thick words and feelings bounce around and then bounce off

We stayed here while visiting the Creation Museum. It is about 10 minutes away. Many other things are very close (walking distance) to this hotel including Red Lobster across the street. Very friendly staff and clean rooms too.

It's a budget hotel to get some rest. I love it when I come here, rooms are clean with a fridge, micro, and wifi. My room is usually ready early. Great service, what more can you ask for?

This place is a typical low cost hotel. With that in mind, I give this place 5 stars relative to its competition. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location also has a lot of good food options around it.

Great budget hotel. Most the rooms have been modestly updated. (Fridge, microwave, desk, drawers, TV, etc.) The beds are comfortable, and clean. The rooms are a little on the small size, but how much room do you really need... The staff is friendly and always handle any complaints or other disruptive guest. The pool is kinda small, but for a budget hotel, you are getting a year round indoor heated pool. The one thing I wish they would improve is their breakfast. They've got cereal, muffins, toast, coffee/juice, but I really wish they would do the same breakfast as their sister Quality inn's.

The staff was very friendly the pool hit the right spot on a rainy day and the breakfast was just wat we needed to start a long day. The manager Paul was extremely nice and went well above and beyond to acomidate me and my family the made our trip as good as we could make it the clean rooms were just a bonus next to the friendly staff I will be back with family in town thank you very much

this hotel is amazing. its cheat but so nice. no smoking inside.. meaning no yellow walls and forces me to get the exercise i really need to walk outside every time i need to smoke. And the workers here especially Nick, i love how patient he was with me and my girlfriend. we were struggling a bit but he wasn't rude at all he was very patient and helpful and you don't see that a lot at hotels. it was a awesome place. i recommend highley to anyone.

Free hot breakfast and cereal. Clean indoor room. Respectful staff (Paul) and jibreel. Clean updated rooms. Quiet. Respectful. Great location
