Excellent service and people. I would give 5 stars just on the purchase but when I unboxed to find minor damage from shipping, they offered to come replace the back panel next business day. I really appreciate that they take care of their customers.

Mr. Jake and his Family are so understanding and will work with you. If there’s something they don’t already have in their store they will go above and beyond to get exactly what you’re looking for. My Family and I go here before anywhere else. They are not pushy and are known by the community with great reputation! I also have plenty of friends that buy from Mr. Jake. Local family owned and operated business, much like us. Best prices around. Also, very reasonable repair rates instead of buying new appliances. I think they might take donated appliances if the appliance is repairable (don't quote me on that) call first!

I bought a mattress and box spring. They were not pushy and just sold me what I wanted. Good selection and nice family run business!

Several months past my wife and I purchased a top loader GE washing machine from Levy's appliance. We had a tremendous problem with the machine due to balancing in the spin cycle. In spite of the fact that the machine was impossible to use, GE service refused any help stating that it was not a manufacturing problem. Jake Levy of Levy's Appliances stepped up and took the machine back, sending out a Whirlpool machine that works perfectly. This is the difference in buying from a local merchant, one that lives and cares about the community and the people that live in it. We have used Levy's for many years, and have always had excellent professional service. I would highly recommend this company.

Family owned and operated. They take care of every customer to ensure they are fully satisfied. Unlike large box retailers they actually know their products and stand behind them.. prices are very reasonable.

Never heard of this place until a few weeks ago. Bought a new fridge from them at a great price and their delivery guys did a fabulous job delivering it the next day. Very impressed! I will definitely be going back.

They were super friendly and helpful. Delivery was fast! I always like to shop at smaller local stores!
