Schwefel Strength and Performance

I wasn’t even looking to join a gym when I attended my first class. A friend invited me to just give it a try and by the end of the hour, I was sold! The environment is so upbeat and positive and everyone there is super supportive of each other which really makes a difference to an introverted person like myself. To top it all off is Eric’s great knowledge and his realness! He makes sure everyone is on track and gives individual attention to each person throughout the class. There is always an abundance of encouragement and high-fives going around and Coach E will not let you leave without reminding you that you are unstoppable!
