I went to Laurie's shoes after my foot doctor appointment. I've never dealt with what I would consider a "full service shoe store"

1) was greeted with the warmest smile from Kristi. Felt absolutely welcomed. Almost like family.
2) looked at my notes from the foot doctor, then asked me about my job, what my issues were with my feet.
3) learned that socks make a difference too
4) measured my feet, checked my current shoes, and gave me some tips.
5) brought out the inserts I needed, and the shoes I ended up purchasing.
6)told me if I needed anything to give her a call. Asked me to call tomorrow and let her know how the shoes felt.
7) I feel brand new and I don't think I can go back to the self service style shoe store. I feel spoiled now 🤣🤣

Enjoyed taking my 16 month old for a pair of shoes.. didn’t know they have a play area for kids which was nice while we waited for a salesperson. The sales people were so knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what size my son was but they measured his feet and then made recommendations for which brands would offer the best support for him as a new walker.

Kristi and Patty were awesome!! They are so incredibly helpful. Everything I tried on was cute, but they helped me me get the best fit for my foot issues. Love shopping here.and here only for all of my and my family’s footwear needs! 🙂

I have been a customer since a child of 5 in 1958 when my parents started shopping at Laurie’s. Service is always the best, always with a smile and smart tips for shoes and feet. Michelle waited on me today and it is always a pleasure to have her help me. Her suggestions are always helpful and have guided me to purchase the best shoes for what I need. I will alway buy my shoes at Laurie’s shoes.

Sales personnel are so friendly and attentive. We took our 2 year old. He got 2 pair of shoes, however we bought 2 pair for ourselves, to the tune of an extra $340. Didn't expect to spend more than a hundred, however , happy wife, happy life

I highly recommend Lauries Shoes. My family has been coming for over 30 years. They have incredible customer service. The employees go out of their way to help you. They have an amazing selection of shoes in stock. If they don’t have them, they can order them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We just visited Laurie’s Shoes for the first time today. We were very impressed with the personal service we received from Kristi and the knowledge as to what we needed that we didn’t know ourselves. We will be returning for sure. Thank You!

My first time at Laurie's Shoes I was there to see about getting shoes that would not make my feet uncomfortable. Anthony Gonzalez put me into a tennis shoe from Brooks that turned out to be the "best feeling" shoe I can remember ever wearing. Anthony is knowledgeable, conscientious. and very friendly. A first class representative for the Laurie's team. I was there today to see about getting a second pair of Brooks tennis shoes and a set of ECCO golf shoes. Again, Anthony was right here to assist me. Keep up the good work Laurie's. Your customer service is A+ indeed.

My feet pronate, have arthritis and are flat. What else could go wrong? So I went in to Laurie's Shoes where I met Montezz. He spent plenty of time with me making sure the shoe fit properly. Together, Montezz and I have found the Dansko shoe works the best for my feet. It is always a pleasure to go in to the store where professionals KNOW what they are doing...and not just put a pair of shoes on the floor to try on. Last week when I went in, I said "Have you hugged your shoe salesman yet today?" and Montezz got a big hug! You won't be disappointed in trusting your feet to these pros!

Michelle is a fabulous fitter. This crew @ Laurie’s has been caring for our family for 25 years. Our feet are always happy with their advice!!

Absolutely amazing service from the team here. I was in and out, but also learned so much about how my feet fit to my shoes. If you have been struggling to find the right fit, highly recommend stopping into this place. You’re not going to pay any less online, so just stop on in!

Anthony spent literally two hours fitting my first pair of Brooks, which I need to keep plantar fasciitis and another foot pain at bay, and fitting my funny mother-in-law into safe stable shoes. We appreciate his expertise. 2 previous orthopedic shoe store stops were only slightly helpful and lacked any inventory, with no purchase.
Laurie's had TONS to try on, one of us had to pick two of three fabulous fitting pairs to buy.
These shoes seem perfect and should last years, but we know where to go if we need help getting great fitting shoes. And we'll ask for Anthony again. He's so knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, and refused to sell us shoes that weren't right for our feet.
Felt like family and worth the drive from north county!

A+ service! Anson went above and beyond to find my husband the perfect shoe and explained the pros and cons of each shoe. Will definitely be back to purchase shoes in the future!

Montez did an amazing job of helping my Mother-in-law find all of the shoes she desperately needed. It has been years since she found good shoes that fit her well and looked good. She has very narrow feet and a bad hip. Montez took the time to really listen to her about how she would use the shoes and what color and styles she wanted. He found her three different pair that she loved and can walk well in.

Great service from the time I walked into the door .explained everything made sure I got the right fitting shoes that I needed for work.

Great selection of shoes especially for the hard to fit. Patrick, my sales person, was very helpful. Sam, the manager, was excellent on the phone.

Salesperson could have been gentler with my foot and asked me to remove the shoe. Bit too rough. Loved the shoe though. He didn't go too big like last person did from there did.

Got help quickly on a Sunday. They give you a number at the door and you look around while waiting to be served. The store keeps very organized. Everyone working wants you to find the proper shoe and takes their time helping you find the right fit.

Amazing customer service! I’m on my feet all day at work and needed new shoes, these guys were great at helping me choose two pairs that were best for me. And we got cookies!!
