I love this location. Facility is always clean and the staff here are friendly. There’s a sauna and steam room in the woman’s locker room. It’s also never crowded when the go which is a plus. All the equipments are not out dated from the treadmill to the ab machine.

The gym is very accommodating to its members and takes their questions and concerns seriously to improve the overall experience. They offer lots of great classes and have a great staff and management as well!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at CrossFit Fitness, all thanks to Mariah! She was incredible from start to finish. Mariah addressed all my questions straightforwardly, without any runaround or unnecessary complications. Unlike my experiences at other locations, she made the process of getting what I needed seamless and hassle-free.

Her professionalism and efficiency stood out significantly. Mariah didn’t give me a hard time about anything—she was helpful, understanding, and prompt, making everything feel so easy. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional service, and Mariah’s assistance was a breath of fresh air.

The gym is well managed and the personal training at the Pontchartrain location is very professional and motivating. I don't use the other locations, so I can't comment on them.

I finally tried Structural Integration Therapy at CG spa with Dawn Stokes. We usually do Myofascial Release which uses a lighter pressure and works on the fascia and in focused areas. Structural Integration uses deeper pressure and requires multiple sessions to fully arrange the entire body so the force of gravity can flow, the body can work properly and begin to heal itself. Dawn is one of very few certified practitioners on the whole Northshore. I highly recommend Dawn. Discuss your pain and body work goals with Dawn to determine which treatment is best for you. I can see visible reduction in inflammation.

The customer service and gym quality is excellent. I highly recommend going here and they offered a generous military discount too. I only wish some of the classes started later; if you work 8-5 in the city it's sometimes tough to get back in time before they begin.

I joined 4 months ago & it was honestly the best decision I've made. The pontchartrain location is truly like family! The absolute best part, which prompted this review, is team training! They motivate and encourage you to give your all. The trainer and the other trainees! So much so, that you crave it & look forward to being there!

LOVE this gym. Every employee is amazing. Childcare is outstanding. Only people I trust to watch my kids. Love everyone and the energy of the gym!

Cross Gates on Pontchartrain is a great facility! Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help! Megan and Lexi gave me great service and answered every question I had plus more!!!! I would highly recommend going through them if your going to sign up.

I was shown how to use the equipment by Zack, he was extremely helpful and very precise at showing me how to use the equipment. I had no.problems remembering what he showed me I consider that to be an excellent trait as I am a senior citizen.

Great heath club, this location has a family felling atmosphere. Managment and traniers are involed with the members. Very clean and well maintained facility.
