Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter

We spent New Years Eve at this property and we're not only blown away by the service, but also by the teamwork amongst the staff. From Jon behind the bar having another team member jump in to help him (and he navigated the Bengals Game/NYE crowd really well), to Ava (who was there in the evening AND the next morning) and Delta greeting everyone with smiles on New Years Day. We needed a few extra towels and blankets for our room and all of the housekeeping team was so nice while assisting us. We also got to meet Haley at the front desk. As two people who come from the hospitality industry we know the struggle can be very real, kudos to you and your team for providing such a great experience for our family. We can't wait to come back.

Hotel was really nice. Our room was clean and we had an amazing view of the river. Breakfast was awesome. You willdefinitely be satisfied. Staff were nice and professional. REVISION- I am a little upset at how they handled an item I left behind. I contacted them immediately to inquire about my item. It took 3 calls to receive a response. Finally I get a hold of someone and they tell me to email a label. I do, and a week later still have to call to asked when the item will ship. I was told my item was locked up in HR and HR is on vacation and will return Monday. Not even one hour later, I get a notification from FedEx saying my item will be delivered on Tuesday (today) like why lie? It’s not a big deal but it definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

Each year, my husband and I spend the weekend at Embassy Suits. This year, per usual, were greeted by the pleasant and professional staff. While checking in, we were informed that our room had been upgraded! Which was an extremely pleasant surprise! When we arrived at our upgraded suit, waiting for us were chocolate covered strawberries, a bottle of champagne, and a happy anniversary card, signed by the staff. It nearly brought me to tears. Every single staff member we encountered was so generous and pleasant. There are no words to describe how pleased we are with the staff and the hotel. Embassy has yet again proven that their service and professionalism are unmatched. Thank you so much for giving us an unforgettable 11th wedding anniversary ❤ 💕 💗 💖 ♥ see you all next year!

Always a great time at this Embassy Suites location for my birthday! The best staff ever, Chelsea & Ray & the beautiful female bartender were amazing to me & my girls. Chelsea bringing me champagne & flutes for my birthday, & the amazing chocolate martinis made by an amazing bartender, and Ray's wonderful smile, humor, helpfulness & kindness. Everyone was great and the room with the view amazing. Thank you!

I've been staying at this Embassy Suites once or twice a year for the past 13 years. I've always enjoyed my stay, especially the staff. Unfortunately, it seems like there has been a change in management and a lot of familiar faces are no longer there. Hopefully, there will be some changes made to upgrade the rooms as well.

Amazing staff. Could not say anything better about them. Sable was spectacular and accommodating from the very beginning. The hotel location was perfect. Will return!

I love this hotel! Grant (restaurant and bar manager) was AMAZING and gave me the best recommendations. I have a new favorite drink because of him. Grant has been terrific and is the reason I want to come back to this property Keep him around, please!

Very nice hotel my grandson had a party their and the rooms were clean. The atmosphere was nice we had a drink and snacks during happy hour it was nice.

Love the rooms. Prompt service. Enjoyed their breakfast and complementary evening snacks. Several eateries and great restaurants nearby.

I mean, how can you go wrong with complimentary happy hour & hot breakfast?
The bed was über comfy with a variety of pillow types. The soap was nearly empty and only had 2 towels, but nothing housekeeping couldn't help with.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was there for a group trip to the Cincinnati music festival but everything was so nice. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff is amazing. The customer service is top notch. Best embassy suites I have ever stayed at and I've been to a few. The breakfast was really good as usual and the event spaces are very nice. Awesome social hour drinks! The staff really make this location though!

This hotel is the best!! We stayed there for a MUFON Symposium. We brought our cat and she even had a great time looking at the Cincinnati skyline and the going’s on in the atrium. The staff was kind and helpful. We will be back, and soon! Kudos for everyone.

Amazing place for a quick stay or even a small vacation. It is cheap and has an amazing view of the Ohio River and is absolutely beautiful! 100% recommend

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews my stay was wonderful! Check in was easy and quick! All the employees were great from check in, happy hour, and the wonderful lady who was cooking the omelettes! I called front desk for sheets for the pull out and they delivered them quickly! My room was clean with a beautiful view! Easy walk over the bridge to downtown! I will be staying again!

Our stay was great from the moment we arrived. Concierge was friendly, informative and professional, bed was very comfy, room was exceptional and the view was phenomenal. Happy hour was a great time and bartenders were friendly and engaging. Will definitely be back!!

Terrific room! A large group was in the lobby, but we were checked fairly quickly and with a smile and a warm welcome. Hopefully, the rest of our stay continues to be as great!

I would give a 4.5 if that was an option...the room was great with plenty of space. Everyone we talked to at the front desk with check in, parking, and bar service were so awesome! I wish I could comment on breakfast but I slept in and didn't make it in time.....I WAS early to the complimentary cocktail hour though 🤣

Beautiful view of the river from our room. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Tanesha was smiling every single time I passed the front desk and she was very helpful when I had questions. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

We hadn't stayed here since about six years ago. I was shocked about the horrible reviews. OKAY...our room was beautiful. And even though we had a long wait to check in (sold out for fireworks show) there was one young man ( blond hair, glasses-Bob???) that went above and beyond to get us in to an amazing room. Nothing but good... The Managers Reception snacks were super lame and ran out early... The breakfast was really good. Headed to Myrtle Beach in two days. Love Embassy Suites
