So sorry it took me over a year to leave this review. Had Stephen come out and give us quotes to redo 2 bathrooms. Excellent pricing and we agreed to the work. I met him to pick out and order tile. Jetted bathtub completely removed in my mom's bathroom and walkin shower with grab bars installed in one bathroom. Cheap drop in stand up shower removed and new pretty tiled shower installed in master bath. Every worker that was in my house was polite and hard working. Even had them cut and cap the line for the old gas dryer. Heck they even tried to help when the ac started acting up. Cannot say enough good things about SMJ Plumbing!!!! Heck one of the guys even served with my hubby in the Navy...small world!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!

My experience with SMJ Plumbing was fantastic. The scheduling was extremely easy, friendly, and they got to me quickly. I was texted a confirmation of the appointment the day that it was made, a reminder the morning of the appointment with the estimated arrival time and another one 15 minutes before arrival. Travis was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite; everything that you could ask for. He went above and beyond to help me. The fee was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.

Your technician just left. He got everything done and working great. He did a great job and was very courteous and professional. I'm very appreciative of y'all being able to come out so quickly and get a repair that others wouldn't attempt done. Y'all are great! Travis arrived on time and was very personable and interested in resolving our plumbing problems. He got to work right away and efficiently completed the job. We needed a replacement part and he happened to have one on his truck so that saved a lot of time and effort. He explained what he had to do clearly, and showed me the defective parts that had to be replaced. He was very very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. I have made a note of his contact information, so will not hesitate to contact him should I need plumbing services in the future.

Great from first communication. Sabrina was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and Stephen was quick to reach out for a project. Work was great, passed inspections the first time and they cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend or call for future work.

Austin and the owner of SMJ Plumbing came to our house on a Friday night within 2 hours of us calling for help, and stayed until 10pm to make sure our plumbing issues were resolved. I highly recommend this plumbing company!!!! We had a difficult fix and they were determined and fixed it!

The guys Lucus and Travis were very nice and friendly and explained things to me. They worked hard on our water heater. Even though they had to come back again to fix another problem.
