I made an appointment for 1pm but arrived at 12 noon. They were very welcoming and took my truck right away to get new airbags installed even though I was 1 hour early. The service waiting area was clean and the staff was very friendly. They were finished with in the time frame that they specified. This was the first time getting repairs done that it was enjoyable. I will be recommending them to all the Mazda owners that I know. Thank you very much!!!!

I went in to get an estimate for repairs. The service manager was genuinely caring about my time and the technician made a video of the inspection he did on my car. Great customer service!

Shout out and thank you to Ronnie Henderson for the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Drove in from Baton Rouge. We settled on the price over the phone in only a few minutes. Car was ready for a test drive when we got there and the paperwork was all ready to go. Outside of our test drive we were there for about 30 minutes and on our way home. Would definitely buy from here, and from Ronnie, again.

Incredible dealer. Bought my 2018 CX-5 there. Got a good deal, have had all my service done there, so far.. which is unlike me, but Mazda always sends me a coupon, it's easy to make an appointment and they have loaners if you're going to be there awhile. Can't get synthetic blend change and rotation anywhere else cheaper than what they charge, either. Got my carplay upgrade also, and it was $200 cheaper than the mazda dealership in nola. Josh in the service department is fantastic - y'all keep him around please!

Brought my CX-5 in to install Apple CarPlay, they fixed a recall and checked everything out for me. Josh and his team were professional and straightforward. I appreciate when someone does their job with a great attitude and great aptitude. When someone works on your vehicle, you want them to be honest and knowledgeable. They were both.

My daughter's 2005 Mazda Tribute check engine light was flashing. Mr. Yennie had it towed in for us quickly and diagnosed the issue. He found that a coil had gone bad. Mr. John repaired it and had it back running smoothly again. I have utilized their services several times and I'm very pleased with their work.

Drove from Slidell to Gulfport and back in heavy rain but felt safer than driving through New Orleans (recall the NOLA mayor!) to get to Metairie .

I went for a 2016 Mazda CX-5 recall to put moisture absorbent packets in the headlights and had a tire rotation done both of which were accomplished in a reasonable amount of time.

I'll continue heading East for my Mazda service but know that the Metairie dealer is excellent as well, it's just that you have to go through Hell (where I was born) to get there.

Yes, purchasing a vehicle can be a lengthy process and sometimes leave the buyer confused as to all the additional costs and warranties, but these guys broke it down and explained it very well so you dont feel hoodwinked.. and honestly the time flew by.

They are replacing my engine and gave me a new CX-30 to drive home to Louisville KY till my car is fixed. Can't say enough about these folks A+ service. I may come down and buy my new Mazda here when I'm ready to upgrade.

If all of your personnel are as congenial and capable as the two gentleman with which we dealt, you are very fortunate. If we purchase another Mazda, your dealership will be our first choice.

Went today to return my car battery that is faulty. They did their check and concurred with my mechanics diagnosis. They are replacing the battery in the morning. I got there right before closing is why I didn't get it today.
