Went to Ashley and found my dream couch but it was above my budget. Went online and I couldn’t believe it when I found my couch for an affordable price at American furniture Slidell. I didn’t want to make a drive out there so I able to order it over the phone. We had a little hiccup with delivery but Tim was able to fix it quickly and positively. Now I have a cozy living room.

I've returned to American Furniture of Slidell a few times now for their great selection of quality, affordable furniture. My latest order had some challenges, but my sales associate and the manager were able to positively resolve it. Everyone in the store, from the associates to the delivery personnel, is professional and courteous. I had been looking for a sectional for months and finally found the one I wanted. After placing my order online, I was immediately contacted via email by a sales associate to confirm my order. The very next morning, Mr. Tim gave me a call to schedule my pick up, but I decided to have it delivered for convenience. My sectional was delivered and set up timely and professional by O'Shea and Walter. I will definitely be returning for my future furniture needs.

I had a great experience at the store. The Salesman was very patient with my girlfriend and I because of our indecisiveness. Prices were good and service was great.

I recently purchased a dresser and nightstand from American Furniture ll and I was beyond pleased with my experience! My salesman Andrew was very knowledgeable, patient, and just overall awesome! I called the store before purchasing a sectional I was eyeing on their website. The manager was extremely nice and helpful. Once I made the purchase, I received great communication and updates on my order. I am in love with my sectional and would purchase more from this company. I need to go in person to one of their showrooms.

I waited 11 months to get all the pieces to my master bedroom set, which originally, I was told I would receive in 4 months. And know this, this was not a house full of furniture! I had been complaining to my sales person, "how much longer?" from the 1st delivery in May. I looked around and found a set I loved at another store, and they had the whole set in stock, so I spoke to the salesperson about canceling my order, and he told me I couldn't. He then said, give it 1- 2 more months for the rest of the pieces. A few days before the last delivery in November, I told my agent we deserved to be compensated for the inconvenience. Now, I'm waiting on a replacement on the dresser mirror, because the original one came in cracked.
I was given the owner's name, and I left 3 messages for Mr. Comeaux to call me back, and he hasn't had the decency to do so. I'm very upset about how awful I was treated. I will never buy anything from them again!
My family has done business with the father for years and they had never experienced this.
Becareful with purchases with them!
