Excellent customer service, very friendly and the furniture I ordered was delivered the next day. If you don't buy local you have to wait 6 weeks before you get anything. Would definitely recommend.

This was my second furniture purchase from American Furniture in the last three years. The price has always been better than the competitors and they the service and delivery are above anyone else. Very satisfied!!!

My sale representative was Andrew. He was AWESOME. He helped me stay within my budget. He was able to help bring my vision that I wanted for my new apartment design. He is super friendly and professional. Usually when I go to store I feel like the sale rep is all about sell sell no matter your concerns but Andrew listed and even when I couldn't find nothing in their store he took me to their second store and references I could look on Ashley site as well as their website and they would still be able to get the pieces I loved. I am very happy with the purchase I've made. American Furniture have me has a customer for life because of the awesome customer service Andrew provided to me through my multiple trips of finding new things everytime I went in lol and the qualityif their piece. Everyrhing was very affordable . Please give Andrew a raise.

Walked in to casually look for a recliner. Valicia Buras was very friendly
and approachable. Told me her name and where recliners were located. I browsed the store and took my time. Saw the blue leather chair. Sat down and she began talking, telling me about the chair… materials, construction, all the features of this new product there were carrying. This lady was warm, attentive and interested in what I wanted. She is the reason I bought the recliner that day. She was no pressure but knew she had a boos product. I told her that I wish I needed a sofa because I wanted to buy something else from her. Such a pleasure to work with. She is a keeper. Valicia was the reason I bought the recliner that day at that store. Great experience… no hassle!.

The delivery men were excellent... actually the best. However, the policy for a return on a clearance item to purchase a higher quality item within the store is not possible. Was told to try to resell it on Facebook. Wanted to return the item the same day and purchase a different color and higher price item.......no customer skills in this place...... especially for a mom and pop place...which normally I favor......good luck to their business...they won't see mine again....and, I hope everyone is very careful in choosing this place.

Their customer service always exceed my expectations. The quality of the furniture is also great. I’ve had quite a few pieces over the years and they are all holding up great. I always reccomend American Furniture II to all my friends and family.

Good prices, large selection, fast shipping on items not in stock and everyone was very helpful during our purchase. Make sure you ask for Valicia Buras. She was very knowledgeable about the product lines they offer and helped us tremendously. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I came in today to purchase a king size mattress from this location and Ms Valicia did an OUTSTANDING JOB helping us. She really went above and beyond, Making sure we were satisfied. I showed up 15 minutes after closing. Sales rep Valicia Buras was outside locking up and I asked her if I could just check and see if the mattress I found when I was shopping for a couch was at that store. I couldn’t remember exactly which store I visited that had the one I wanted, and I couldn’t remember what brand it was. She not only let me check but completed my transaction and set up shipping.
