Exceptional Dental of Slidell

Exceptional experience just like the name suggests. Super kind hygienists with surprising patience for those that aren’t the best with consistent flossing & get the dentist scarries. Each one of the personnel were conversational, hospitality driven, & kept me entertained throughout the visit. 10/10 recommend

I had reservations from a bad experience with another dentist from years ago. But once I sat down in the chair with Nicole and then I met Dr. Bourg and he explained what he was going to do my mind was at ease. They were great at helping me feel comfortable and at ease with getting my root canal done. I walked out and I can honestly say it was nothing like I had ever experienced. The relief I felt in my tooth and jaw from a root canal that I dreaded was nothing. They are amazing and great at what they do. I can’t thank them enough!

The staff was very comforting. Immediately, I felt at ease; they were organized and efficient and very knowledgeable about my dental needs.

I had an amazing experience today with Richard and Dr. Crain. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at the dentist. Finally somewhere I will look forward to visiting for regular cleanings instead of putting it off time after time. Everything was explained to me from the dental work to the insurance portion. Overall a fantastic experience

The experience was great. Everyone super nice and professional. Still getting use to the denture. Would be nice to have a sample care package maybe coupons to get some kind idea of products I would be needing.

My daughter was so scared to come to the dentist for an emergency appointment but they were so friendly and efficient and made us feel so at ease. They were also able to refer us to a pediatric dentist for the necessary procedure, I am so grateful that I called Exceptional Dental !!

Dr Crain is wonderful and talented working with patients.
The office staff and associates are pleasant and helpful. They took extra steps to accommodate me. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to work with me.

It’s always a good visit with no dental problems! Staff are friendly and professional. Dentist and dental hygienist are highly skilled and wonderful!

My experience was Awesome from the time I walked in the front desk ladies greeted me with a welcoming smile, The Dental Assistant Mr. Richard took his time with my sister, and he was patient and kind and also very understanding of my sister's condition, The Dentist and the Staff were Awesome I can't express it enough!

I had such a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Dr. Crain and her assistant! It had been years since I was able to see a dentist so I was extremely nervous. Thank you both so much for making me feel comfortable and paying attention to how I was feeling. I feel very confident about my treatment plan (thank you Brooklynn!!) I'm looking forward to my next few visits :)

Employees are very nice and explain everything. They are very understanding when I need to reschedule or am running late. My son got to pick out of the treasure box for his birthday.

Wonderful team of women to work with! An out of town emergency, they handled insurance, an x-ray and put a crown back on in 45 minutes! They would be my dentist if I lived here!

My experience is always great. They are always able to make last minute appointments for me. Great customer service always. Reggie and all the staff were great!

Very professional and warm atmosphere, appointment went quicker than expected. Reggie was very chill and finished my cleaning very quickly and without discomfort.

Exceptional Dental of Slidell has extremely competent and friendly staff. I had two crowns done and they made sure I was comfortable and that all went well.
