Something about the dentist makes me so uneasy, but I'm so grateful to have chosen this office. Ms. Kitty, please forgive me if I said her name wrong, was such a warm, welcoming, kind, and calming lady. She was reassuring and incredibly pleasant! The doctor was a sweet soul as well. Of course, my teeth were taken care of, but so were my nerves.

Great office. Staff are very polite, professional, and helpful. Wendy is an awesome hygienist. I saw Dr. Genard for an exam. He is very thorough and kind. I have been in dental 10 years in Louisiana and 28 years in Redmond Washington. When we retired and moved back home I was nervous about finding a new Dentist. I love this office. My husband saw Dr. Hoffritz for an emergency visit. He was awesome also. I highly recommend this wonderful team!

We were in the market for a new dentist for my son, came across the reviews in google and decided to give this practice a try, so glad we found this place! Dr Dragon is amazing with my son and we just loved April! So professional, and yet personable. I myself decided to move to this location after my sons first couple of visits. Thank you for all you do!

Both of my children had great experiences here. Wendy s was a sweet hygienist, April and Jessica are outstanding assistants, Tanya was so helpful at the front, and of course Dr. Dragon was top tier.

I have always been nervous having dental work done. My prior experiences were not relaxed or without angst. Dr. Genard examined my teeth and suggested the procedures I need, Wendy the hygienist was gentle and I was relaxed. The staff were friendly and explained my dental plan and costs moving forward. Tomorrow is my second appointment to have my dental work done and I am looking forward to a better smile!

Visited this fine establishment 6 times now. Came from a prior dentist who failed to inform me I had a mouth full of cavities in between my teeth. At first I expected they just wanted my money but after they pointed them out to me on a camera and I further inspected them in the mirror I could see them with my own eyes. Overall been an honest and great experience. Definitely recommend. Thank you for saving my teeth.

Absolutely love coming to Northshore Family Dentistry. The entire staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They walked me through all of my options and explained everything throughly. April is my absolute favorite, she is funny, kind and extremely attentive!

I love this place. I am in recovery from an opiate addiction and was very self-conscious about my teeth when I came back to the dentist for the first time in 10 years. I was open and honest with the doctor and staff about why my teeth were in the state they were. Not once did I feel judged or looked down upon. Now my teeth are back to a healthy condition after a lot of time, effort, and work. Thank you guys so much for being a place I can be comfortable at and not have to lie about my past to avoid judgement.

Very friendly, professional, and honest dental team. And if you haven't been to the dentist in a long time and are worried about being criticized or anything like that. There is no need to worry when you go here. They will treat you just like anyone else.

Best dentist around Slidell. The ladies at the front desk Tanya and Jaime are always so welcoming which always makes me want to come back. They always answer my questions and help me with my insurance problems. And of course the hygienist are always great too but today in particular I want to mention Amy. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to to getting novocaine but this experience was the best I’ve had. She was so calm with me and she did her best to make me comfortable. She was very informative to what she was doing to my teeth and answered all my questions too. She also showed me stuff that I had no Idea that was teeth. And of course I can’t write a review with our mentioning Dr. Hoffritz. He clearly care so much about his business wether it’s staffing or cleanliness. The man is very knowledgeable about what he does and is also very patient plus he likes to joke too and I love that. Definitely will return, I’ve been going there since I was little and this is the reason why. 10 out 10 highly recommend.

I love this place. The staff is wonderful, kind, helpful and friendly. Any time you call, they are friendly and try to help. My Dr. is Dr. Dragon, he is great. The staff always offer the best options for your dental health. They are so good, I have gotten my whole family to use them..the newest patient.. my dad.

Very nice upscale office with great parking. The staff from the front desk to the dental assistants were very helpful, courteous and friendly from our first encounter. The dental assistants were very knowledgeable and very helpful. We were impressed with Dr. Hoffritz’ expertise and experience coupled with an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Dragon is aware of Paul’s foibles and does his best to make him comfortable in the chair. Paul feels much more at ease going to the dentist when he knows Dr. Dragon will be taking care of him. Five stars.

I was well pleased with the reception office, the staff, the doctors assistant and the doctor himself. My needs were met and Questions answered. Follow up appointments were made on a timely basis. Couldn’t have gone better for a first time visit.

Dr. Hoffritz is the best Dentist I had in my life, he’s professional, very nice and very knowledgeable in his field, the whole staff , plus the hygienists are very nice and knowledgeable, also their prices are reasonable. I do recommend this Dr and his hygienists to all the people in the area . I did tried other Dentists before him , they ruined my teeth, but this Dr fixed all my problems.

They are all THE Absolute Best 🤘🏼 I’ve been to quite a few dentistries over the years of my horrid teeth, but they surpassed them all and then some. They immediately worked to help me when my face was swollen with infections, multiple times. They haven’t judged me as other places have either, which is always a plus! I was at point where other places didn’t really care too much about my comfort and/or chose not to believe what i was telling them. Everyone at This place is kind, caring, smart, respectful, professional, and incredibly skilled at what they do. They worked to give me a smile for the birth of my son, which shows how much they care.

Dr. Dragon has been our dentist for about 20 years. He has been great for the whole family—from small children to adults and from the bravest to the most nervous! He listens and understands and is great at explaining the whole treatment plan.

I had my cleaning done by Wendy A and she was so gentle and thorough! The front desk lady Tanya was so funny and helpful. Everyone there is a delight.
