J Greene's Pub

Great pub food, cool little place to hangout. They aim to please. The owners give it there all for sure. If you ever should have a problem or some sort of issue I can garantee they will do everything in there power to make the customer happy. I actually used to work there very briefly long ago and from what I could gather, Jay I think is his name (one of the owners) is a pretty good people. Always treated me fair. And that is a big part of successful business, especially in restaurants. And this place has it. I recommend stopping in and check it for yourself.

We had the nicest experience here. Our waiter was friendly and fast, we were fortunate enough to try a wide variety of their dishes and everything was delicious. Loved the sliders! Really fun place with a great atmosphere. Will make it a regular stop for sure!

Had their corned beef and cabbage twice now. This visit it was GREAT! The corned beef was tender & juicy and cabbage was cooked perfectly! Service is always good. They have a private room that is great for small groups and a few video games to play!

This is one of my favorite bars in the St. Louis area. They are a cozy bar with a small town feel. The free trivia on Tuesday and free bingo on Wednesday are very enjoyable and the prizes are well thought out. The bartenders are attentive. There is a good selection of beers and the food is delicious and moderately priced.

Met at J. Greene's with a large group of about 25. The service and food were both excellent and there was plenty of parking for a Thursday night. We reserved the meeting room, which worked out perfectly. Our waitress, Stacy, was amazing. She did a great job keeping up with such a large group. This was the first time we had our meet-up at J. Greene's, and we'll definitely keep it in the rotation.

Almost vacant on St.Patrick's Day. Weird as it's an Irish place. But that's been true everywhere due to... well, you know.

But great friendliness as always by the staff, excellent white chicken chili (their soups are so good in every season) and they even made me a modified breakfast sandwich for lunch, just cuz I asked. Their owner and the kitchen always respond well to special requests like that.

It's a neighborhood place that always comes through. We always love to sip a drink by the fireplace before dinner in the cold weather, and enjoy the covered patio when it's warm outside. J. Greene's is worth a try. Bet you'll be back often.

Everything about JGP is outstanding. The service is great, with everyone from the servers to the bartenders to the food runners always doing their best. The food is always good, filling the niche of a perfect neighborhood gathering place. Great for friends and families alike.

They were able to accommodate our group of 10. Appetizers were diverse and good. Service was great and interesting drink specials. Small outdoor dining area is a bonus.

Liked this place! Good bar food, and nice choices of appetizers (I had a country fried steak appetizer). Large selection of beer on draft (I had Stella Artois on draft in a chalice), and wine or liquor choices. Worth checking out!

We went for a private party. The food was amazing, especially the smoked brisket... Yum! Pot stickers and t-ravs were very good too. Service was friendly and attentive.

You know, the place is very unassuming from the outside. Looks like a typical, strip mall Irish pub. However, the service is great, and the food is fantastic. Guinness is poured properly, and the atmosphere is inviting.

We had the toasted rav's for an appetizer. Huge and tasty. Chicken pot pie was huge and good. The service by Nate was great too.

The brisket is amazing, the fish and chips are incredible, the osso bucco is devine! So glad to have them in the neighborhood, this really is a great place to bring the family and gather with friends.

If you are looking for the perfect pour of Guinness this is the place the time was right the set was right when it was served the fall was perfect and the Guinness was smooth. So far this is the place for a perfect pour. Their glasses are dated so Guinness needs to get them a new set because they represent the brand.

Best food, best service in St. Louis. If you haven’t been, go! We are regulars now. Ask for Ingram and/or Brenden!!

It was fun and other patrons were friendly. A bit pricey for a couple drinks and a couple appetizers. But overall it was worth an occasional outing.

Awesome service and even better food, I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re trying to support locally owned small businesses! This is your place!

The Food is delicious and the servers are friendly. I always get the fish and chips because they are beer battered..lol.

One of our family's favorite places! I highly recommend the pot pie and the pulled pork nachos.
