Cozy charming and eclectic hilltop spot with river views and scrumptious food did not disappoint! Escargot was beautifully presented and the herby breadcrumbs were a welcome addition to the garlic butter. The fois gras on special was divine. Perfectly grilled, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, but maybe a bit overdressed although the accompaniments, especially the mushrooms, were delicious. Standard fare sea scallops were perfectly cooked as was the accompanying spring pea risotto. The special tenderloin was served at the absolute best temperature and was very tender. Nice selection of wines and great service from Alex made the evening so enjoyable. Ask for a window seat or, if the weather permits, a seat on the balcony to really enjoy the view.

Food was great, french classics but not over stuffy like many classic places are. Chef was nice, saw him walking in the dining room making sure everything was good just like Chef De-Clavel probably would have. Also looks like he decorated the place himself, for the most part is wonderful. Great view off the back and the colorful bull is welcoming. The Creme Caramel was delicious.

Google description needs updating as this is more fine dining and less burgers - although I did have the one burger left in the menu and it was outstanding. Fries were delicious as well. Great service and beautiful views. Definitely will be back!

The food is so good! The service, especially if you’re lucky enough to get a Ann , is literally best in the city (according to Cincinnati magazine). You should go!

Everything was amazing. I have been here multiple times now. Staff was very attentive to our table each everyone. time. Lobster bisque and French onion soup are very good. Tuna and steak tartare is also a great option.

I saw a review that said the food was great but that the atmosphere was like an awful country club and that he hated his experience.

I’ve gotta say he is spot on about the ambiance, and I think his review is correct for him and many others…but for another type of diner I think that review missed the charm and point of the place.

This place is a total hilarious scene. For a person who came of age in the ironic aughts…this is a hilarious Cincinnati version of Le Grenouille. Like Grenouille the food is good bordering on great, but it’s really all about the scene.

The host will basically spit at you as they seat you and you’ll be offended…until you realize it’s part of the show.

I had a fantastic time there. And the food is excellent for the area.

Darren was beyond impressive. Highly attentive, personable, and very knowledgeable. Probably the best waiter I’ve ever had.

We also send high complements to the chef, Jordan. All of the food was delicious and presentation was great. He came out to see how everything was at the table which added that much more to the service.

Everything was delicious. Staff was so accommodating and cordial. Had the charcuterie board to start. The escargot was the best I've had this side of Paris. They served 1664 which reminded me of the evening we spent in Versailles at this little bar enjoying life. Got to shake hands with Chef Jean Robert and thank him for the amazing evening we had there. What a wonderful place to celebrate a promotion.

Unbeatable french cuisine served in the well paced manner one expects of a fine restaurant. Loved beef tenderloin with black truffle sauce and lobster bearnaise sauce. Atmosphere is a bit energetic depending on the other customers and table spacing.

We had a wonderful evening enjoying the view from the patio! A great wine selection with fresh ingredients makes for a great date night!

Mary Lou Is such a delight! I was a first time diner and will not be upon my next visit! Such a complimentary staff and Emily the bartender was on point and knowledgeable.

My husband and I ate here before Playhouse in the Park last night. I love this restaurant. They called to ask if we had theatre tickets to make sure we had adequate time to get to the show. The food is exceptional as was the service. The Grouper entree was great. Great spot.

Absolutely delicious. Waiter was very knowledgeable of what he was serving. The rest of the staff was very friendly. Food was authentically French. Price is more than fair for what your are getting
